Came home in the morning to a leaking AC unit in the garage. Looked for places on Yelp and they had great reviews. I called and they were able to schedule me the same day. JB came out and was super helpful, informative, and kind. Our problem appears to be fixed and we will definitely be using their services again. We even signed up for the biannual maintenance! Would recommend them to everyone!

I did not have work done by this company (and never will) but their lack of professionalism prompted this review. Two of their work trucks were blocking a thoroughfare alley way which is used by dozens of parents every day to drop their kids to school. I happened to be the first parent to arrive and explained that there would soon be a line of cars and could they move their trucks for a little bit (there was plenty of street parking for the trucks). I was flat out told “we don’t care” and laughed at. Any other parent who said something to them about the alley needing to be kept clear or asking them to move was met with the same smug and unprofessional response. Calls to the company produced a canned “sorry,” but they did not require them to move, at least not before all of the kids had arrived and school started. They claimed that they can park wherever they want, yet the photo shows each truck parked directly next to a City “No Parking in Alley” sign. How embarrassing for their company. I certainly wouldn’t want these guys in my home.

Cencal replaced our HVAC system. Not only was their customer service above and beyond, but their professionalism and their knowledge of product was above the rest. In a two week span I shopped around because I knew we needed a whole new system and CenCal checked off all my boxes and went above and beyond. Thank You CenCal!

My air conditioner started acting funny. I called around 2 p.m. and they were able to be here between 3-5 p.m. the same day. Ignacio was my technician. He was very polite, informative, and professional. He took his time to explain my options. I never felt any pressure with my choices. I will 100% use Cencal again!! Very professional from the first phone call to wrapping up my services. Thank you so much for helping me and making it so easy.

All I got to say if there was a savior like Jesus of HVAC companies Christian Ruiz would be that guy. He’s so professional and won’t beat around the bush. Stright up gentleman in every single aspect.

Getting an appointment and technician to my home was extremely easy and fast. He came right on time and was able to get started immediately, after a few minutes I got a clear diagnostic and he explained everything in a way I understood. From there we were able to move forward without any delays!
