Very professional. On-time and accommodating. Installation was very smooth with minimal disruption.

Only 3 stars for now. The maintenance of my HVAC went very well with a great technician.
Unfortunately there is a open action related to the replacement of my filters that the technician didn't have on the 9/13 maintenance day. After more than 2 weeks I haven't heard back as a follow up on the filters replacement by Valley Air Conditioning & Heating.

Shawn at Valley Air Conditioning was awesome! He came an hour an a half early, which is great when you don't have air. Fixed the problem with the thermostat and had it up and running quickly! I would highly recommend Valley Air and Shawn hands down!

Great service, fair prices. Did all the work with my warranty company when my air compressor went out on my whole house ac unit, ended up paying a fraction of the price i would have. Job was done in half a day. Highly recommend.

James came out at 8:00 PM on a Friday night because our A/C stopped. He diagnosed the problem and replaced needed parts and got our A/C up and running right away! James is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend James & Valley Air.

Wed, May 2, 2018 Drew came out to our house to check a bally Fujitsu AC / heating unit. He quickly got it operating again & showed me what to do if the problem recurs. He and his boss are going to order some replacement parts. Thank you, Drew!

Dinarte Machado came to provide an estimate for resolving my ac issues. He emailed me an estimate after he left. His estimate included approximately $1,000 for a part for my furnace which was already had installed and I understood to be in working order. After a couple attempts at contacting him, finally he called me back only to argue with me that it was not installed on my unit. I insisted it was. Finally he told me he was coming back to my house to show me I didn't have it. He showed up, was quite aggressive in his manner and proceeded to look at my unit which clearly stated the part was installed. He then insisted that just because the metal information tag said it was there, didn't mean it was there. He then removed all the taping and material and opened the panel to discover it was in fact installed. He then left saying he would remove the $1,000 charge. He did not. In fact I tried to also discuss another part of his estimate and he got quite heated telling me he'd been doing this work for a long time when in fact it is my understanding that you do not in fact have to match your outside condenser unit with the coil inside your furnace. It is quite acceptable to have a smaller condenser and a larger capacity inside coil.

This guy is not only aggressive and rude but doesn't seem to know his business very well or maybe he just wanted to charge me for more than I need. Either one is unacceptable.

Great team over at valley. They are nice, friendly people that do good work.

James was very professional all around. He and I are both veterans and that meant a lot. We were able to bond on a civilian level with military life matters... which means a lot to veterans. He came, saw and fixed my problem. Thank you to James, his military service and the fact he fixed what I messed up. Take care brother. Thank you Valley Air Conditioning!

Shawn was very friendly, despite an overgrown backyard and a mess around the ac units, he got right in there and fixed the problem. Had me up and running in less than a half hour, with a new capacitor. I would highly recommend Valley Air Conditioning and Heating.
