Dinarte came to do an estimate of duct work replacement. He was GREAT! We really enjoyed him and felt really good about his professionalism, friendliness, and helpful attitude.

Erik was very professional, knowledgeable took his time to explain what the issue was. We didn’t feel like he was taking advantage of us. Also he was very sincere and thoughtful making sure we had our AC running from the valley heat wave came in on before the weekend

This company is the greatest the tech showed up on time and very knowledgeable repaired my heater and did maintenance tune up on heater and ac finished on time and they had the part I needed in stock. Shawn from Valley Air Conditioning & Heating was was the best!!!! Super knowledgeable, friendly but diagnosed exactly what was wrong and repired it. My air conditioner gave out during the hottest days. I called Valley Air first because my sister recommended them. James came out to check if it could be repaired and communicated my options clearly. I chose to get a new one. Richard reviewed the bid thoroughly with me and answered any questions I had. I did get bids from several other companies and not only did Valley offer the lowest bid, they offered much more no other company would match. Since all the companies were backed up, I did have to wait for a while to get it installed due to it needing to be ordered and high volume of people ahead of me on the list but they brought out a window unit at no charge. Justin and Mike installed it and they were great. Even the inspector commented on how good the job was and very clean.

Valley Air made what could have been a stressful situation as easy (for me) as possible. I can't say enough good things about the company and how professional each person was. James, Justin, Mike, Richard - thank you! And, Richard, thank you for being so patient with all my questions. It is so refreshing to deal with people like you.

sean was very patient in fixing the air conditioning at our apartment. it was a complex issue with wiring/thermostat and he stayed and continued to troubleshoot to fix the issue. would highly recommend calling him for service.

In July of 2021 my air conditioning system quit working. I asked my friend Todd if he could recommend a contractor to either repair or replace my system. I know my friend does a lot of research and is very particular about who he does business with. He told me Valley Air Conditioning and Heating is a good company. He said they replaced his AC and heating unit in 2017. He was very happy and satisfied with the job they did. I called Valley and they sent Dinarte Machado to my house for an estimate. Valley gave me a reasonable price to replace the entire system. On 7/21/2021 at 8:30a.m. the crew from Valley arrived and started working. Frank changed the condenser. Jerry and Dave changed out the main unit in my garage. Codi checked all of the vents in the attic. Rich, who is the company vice president, installed and then programmed the thermostat to work with my iPhone. By 3:30p.m. Valley finished the installation. They were all professional, polite, and hard working team players. I also wanted to mention that Rich was a super nice guy. When he realized my portable AC was being returned to Home Depot he offered to buy it from me for full price. That was really nice of him. To be honest, I am very happy with this company. They are very professional and did a great job!

I called them for a diagnostic because my furnace/cooler was leaking water. They were pretty booked, so I took an appointment several days away. 10 minutes later they called me back and told me they would fit me in sooner because of the water leakage. They were so accommodating and professional over the phone and seemed very caring. The technician they had come out was knowledgeable, and was able to explain things very clearly. Pretty much a perfect customer experience.
