Monowar went above and beyond today replacing our plumbing and disposal under the kitchen sink. He repaired the disposal enough so that we could use it gently for several days till he comes back. He didn’t have to tell us he could do that, but when we said that would be GREAT, he went ahead and spent the time (and using an additional part) doing it for no additional charge!!!!

We used Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating less than a year ago to fix our wall heaters and were very pleased with their professionalism and work. It was a no-brainer to call them when a potential plumbing problem surfaced. Carlos (who was new to the company) came to our house, crawled through our creepy crawlspace, and thoroughly inspected things and diagnosed the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered a ton of questions about other plumbing work we are considering doing to upgrade our house. (Thankfully the problem didn't need immediately fixed, but when we choose to do so, we will use them.)

We certainly hope we don't have more issues with heating or plumbing, but the Albert Nahman team has been fantastic 2 out of 2 times. We would use them again in a heartbeat if something arises!

Stanley visited my house after the bad storm two days ago. He was doing a follow up, as the initial work did not measure up. Stanley quickly defined the issues and explained the situation in terms a layman could understand. He gave several alternatives in case it became a more complicated issue. He redid the drainage work on both ends of the sump pump and finally got the system to work as originally designed. He checked the system to ensure it will work. On top of that, Stanley did a quick fix on a toilet and told me how to fix it myself if it goes off again. He outlined several suggestions if we want to check the back yard pipes. Stanley was very professional and clearly very experienced. Now let us hope our wild storms calm down so everyone can have a break.

Second time using this company. Once to install a tricky type of faucet and once again for a clogged pipe and drain. They are consistent and professional. Monowar was very thorough in explaining the issue, the cost and fixing the problem. He also gave me a few product recommendations to keep things clear in the future.

Helped us in a jam and they were out to fix it within a day. They were on time and worked well with my father in law. He really enjoyed talking to the technician. Multiple leaks were fixed.

I had scheduled preventative cleaning, but after initial video inspection my old sewer lateral required complete replacement due to multiple breaks in the clay pipes and root intrusions. Trench-less lateral replacement was used. The team was clearly very skilled in this method and the work went very smoothly, with only a short interruption of service. More expensive than I was planning, but this is a permanent solution, completely eliminating the risk of future obstruction, and the need for periodic maintenance. Peace of mind: priceless!

Victor is friendly and, his work is thorough and meticulous . He may be a bit slow, but he gets the job done right. He also did a small extra job for me, which I really appreciate

Literally horrific experience with this company. Had booked an appointment to fix my heater when I had been without heat during a very very cold storm. I Moved my whole schedule around so I could be home when they would come. The morning that they were supposed to come at 9 AM. I’m waiting and waiting no one‘s coming. I called about three times to get in touch with them to figure out where the service provider is finally by 11 AM I got a callback from them saying that they overbooked and that they would not have anybody come out to be fixing my heater that day. The best that they could do was offer me an appointment two weeks out. I would never trust or work with this company again horrific experience they clearly do not value customers time.
