On-time arrival; friendly, professional, and knowledgeable plumber; answered my questions and showed me how to adjust new water heater. I feel confident that the work was done well and although Nahman’s is pricey, I would call them again.

We had a carbon monoxide leak in our heater. Mark took his time to explain what the problem was with our heater and stated that we will need to get a new heater. I love that he was accurate, patient and kind.

Water suddenly went off and back on in our home, and afterwards our Rinnai tankless water heater was no longer working with error code P17. We called Nahman Plumbing (they originally installed it) and they came out same day, turned out it needed a complete service in any case to maintain our warranty. The maintenance went fine, but it turned out that the Venturi gas valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. The technician ordered the part directly to our home, and it arrived the next evening, which was Friday. Nahman plumbing was excellent -- I called them and they managed to send out another Technician (Tad) the next day (instead of the usual "we'll come out early next week"), and he had it installed and up and running by early Saturday afternoon. Turns out that the Venturi gas valve is an issue in these Rinnai tankless water heaters (both technicians mentioned they have seen failures recently in these gas valves), so hopefully Rinnai does something about their quality control issues.

Angel arrived on time and evaluated our toilet leak quickly. We had assumed a leaking wax seal but it turned out it was a damaged pipe. We are hoping we can get Angel back when it’s time to do the work.

Ray was fantastic! He arrived on-time, inspected my floor furnace (which I've learned is also called a gravity furnace), and was just overall very friendly and informative. I usually ask an annoying number of questions, but Ray happily answered all of my questions with straightforward, honest answers. He also didn't even bat an eyelash when he had to go down into our house's *incredibly* tight crawlspace. Could not recommend a technician more. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, which made me happy/willing to ask about future replacement options. 5/5 stars.

As far as the company goes, it took 5 calls to various other companies before finding one that would service my old floor furnace. Thank you so much for providing this service even though I assume it's not a huge money-maker for you. You've made my family, but more importantly my insurance agent and mortgage company, very happy. Also 5/5 stars.

Monowar Hossain was on time and very professional. He did an excellent job repairing my garbage disposal that was improperly installed by someone else a few years ago. I will hire them again as needed in the future.

Our two 30 year old wall furnaces were replaced efficiently and timely today! Very respectful of our home which just had new flooring installed. Ensured all debris from removal of our 30 year old furnaces was contained and removed from the home. Answered any and all questions I had, and ensured I understood how my new digital thermostats worked! I also appreciated the company’s attempt to provide me with a sooner install date but the flooring install did not allow for that. Regardless, I so appreciated the effort!

Arturo did a great job installing a gas water heater. He took his time making sure every step was done correctly. I highly recommend this company.
