Professional service. My plumber Victor showed up on a Saturday to address a leak. He was professional and diagnosed the issue. He had replacement parts with him and went about fixing the toilet. However the issue wasn't resolved. He spent the next few hours systematically going through different solutions until he fixed it. The work was clean and the charge was reasonable given the effort. Highly recommended.

The only thing that was a bit annoying is that they expected me to tell them where the leak was even though I didn't know. They at first said they wouldn't send anyone if I wasn't sure of the source of the leak.

GREAT and efficient team (Yay Victor!) who installed my new low-boy water heater yesterday at the last minute. We own a triplex in Berkeley. We had a water heater problem. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We would definitely use this company again.

I used this company for water pressure cartridge replacement. I bought the cartridge and had it available on site for them. They came promptly and on time. The estimate for the job was $704 - so 3 time higher than I would have expected. The plumber who came out was an “estimator”. If I did not accept the estimate they charged $100 for coming out, which might have been a reasonable thing to do if this was a big job. Water pressure cartridge replacement usually takes 30 min to a skilled plumber. I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about value or price. I sent a complaint to the owner, but have not heard back from them.

Albert Nahman sent Deandre Perkins to our house for an emergency issue. He was able to take care of the problem immediately . He then checked out a more serious problem with a cracked pipe and called in his supervisor to plan the repair. Deandre was gracious, quick, and very helpful. He does a great job.

Nahman Plumbing had my deficient sewer line resolved in short order. They did a good job initially doing a simple line clearing job after I had a backup, and after understanding how bad my sewer line was by virtue of a camera, I agreed to go forward with a line replacement. It all happened in short order. At the end of the week I was back in business. All workers involved were good at what they did. And I remain in awe of the trench-less installation technique. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I would still consider it science fiction.
