Chris was quick, thorough, and absolutely professional. He was also a really good sport about crawling under our house... Accessing our heater really puts the "crawl" in crawlspace. He was good-natured about it and fixed things quickly.

My only issue with the whole experience is that the company pushed back the appt. twice. The second time, they were ready to push the visit back 5 days during the coldest week of winter so far (in California, but still). When we protested, they settled on 2 days after the initial promised visit.

Other than that, and the lack of any documentation so far (invoice? Description of work performed ?), I would hire Nahman again.

Big hole in rusted out drain pipe in upstairs bath. Steve diagnosed and found the problem. It was a big mess but Steve was patient and diligent. Very professional

Extremely quick response to our need--installation of a new water heater. a team of two men came out the same day and completed the work in a timely way. They were up for any challenge--in this case removing a very fat (recently deceased) squirrel that had gotten stuck in our exhaust pipe, and helped me to dispose of it. I appreciated their good humor about the surprise.

I had no hot water in my home. Ugh! I called Albert Nahman. I got an appointment for the afternoon. My ignition was bad in my hot water tank. Diagnostic was quick and repair was quicker. Another part needed to be ordered. Lovely experience. Nicest technician.

Brandon knows his stuff! He installed a Mitsubishi heat pump in my house and was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. Thank you so much Brandon!

I would give 4 stars based on the work they did. They were courteous and efficient. 1 star off because I was given an unrealistic time estimate that I planned around, so that kind of messed up my day--the job took about twice as long as I was told.
I'm taking another star off because the communication was very bad leading up the job. I had to follow up a LOT to get it done. Their office people are also courteous, but the internal communication there is clearly pretty chaotic, at least lately.

Mr. Brown came to my house to give me a quote to install an Automatic Shut off Valve, for Earthquakes, on my PGE gas line.
He was on time, Friendly, and Knowledgable. I felt it was a fair quote so I went with his company to do the job.
The Plumbing Tech was scheduled for the next day. He was on time, professional and friendly. Fredelio did the install of the Seismic Shutoff valve on my PGE gas meter. He answered all my questions and showed me how it works and how to reset the Valve after an Earthquake.

Carlos came out and informed me of what needed to be done. I got an estimate and scheduled the work. He was extremely personable and helpful.

Freddy came later that day and replaced my sump pump. All went well. Freddy was available to answer any questions or concerns. Service from start to finish was excellent.

Technician was great, finding problem immediately. We are in a very mild stretch of weather, so I will post again when the A/C comes on automatically for verification that the “fix” sticks!

Angel, the plumber was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it simply by tightening some bolts around the tank gasket. He only charged us the minimum trip charge, the same as if no repair had been performed.
