When placing our service call, I ask the person I spoke with the bring the best, highest quality garbage disposal unit they had. Unfortunately, the person we spoke with did not add that request to Angel's work order.

But no worries! Angel left our house to grab what we wanted. He came back, installed it, and educated us on maintaining the unit. Angel was very kind and professional. This is one of the main reasons we keep coming back, they've always been honest and professional.

Professional and expert customer service. Reliable and on time. Repair was fast and tech was respectful of home. Cost of labor was pricey but it's to be expected with most plumbing companies. Cost of estimate was refunded to my credit card which was appreciated.

Monowar arrived on time, diagnosed my water heater issue professionally, and explained options for next steps patiently. However, their repair/replacement price was much higher than another competitor. Hence, I only paid their diagnose fee without using other services from them.

They really know what they were doing. On time in finishing their job. Very professional. Knowledgeable about the whole project like they can answer all your questions in confidence and to your satisfaction. But few days after, we encountered a problem. At first it was hard to get an earliest appt with them but when they came they were able to address the issue and did the best they can. They were polite and respectful of your property. Answers all your questions professionally. I would recommend them.

Jason was a miracle worker. He knew exactly how to fix both leaks under our sink. He also checked & fixed the cause of poor water flow. Then he fixed our dishwasher drain clog. So nice to have everything working so well again.

We appreciated being able to get an appointment quickly (first appt the next morning after calling close of business the previous day). Our technician was professional, responsive and helpful. He solved our issues!

They gave me their next available appointment (I wasn’t having an emergency, just a PITA) which was four days out, but said they’d fit me in earlier if possible. Less than 48 hours later someone was with me.

My plumber was friendly, informative and clued me in to what was going on from start to finish.

Deandre Perkins is a good natured, highly competent plumbing specialist. His work is exemplary and before he begins he communicates clearly (and correctly!) the tasks needed to remedy the problem. His work was completed on time and within the estimated cost. The only complaint I have is that Deandre is a Lakers fan!

Angel is a true professional. He listened to our many problems and repaired what he could during his visit. Once faucets arrive he will return to install them.
If all their plumbers are like Angel… then I highly recommend them.

Angel fixed two problems in under an hour. Albert Nahman doesn’t save you money but the plumbers are always extremely competent. It’s worth it because they not only fix th immediate problem, they are also experienced enough to predict future problems you may have. In this case, Angel suggested how I could implement routine maintenance to avoid needing to call a plumber in the future.
