Chris Willis is an excellent, experienced plumber. We asked him to reseat and caulk our toilet, which he did expediently. When the fancy bidet decided to stop working, he read the manual and then called the manufacturer to fix this "new to him" product. He was very successful. He was pleasant and engaging. I will ask for him whenever we need a plumber.

We were very happy with prompt, professional service from Jason and Cory. I appreciated information about the durability of our present heater and when it would be best to purchase a new one.

We had a problem with our faucet which was resolved, but appreciated the conversation to deal with the same problem in the future.

DeAndre was great. When snaking a drain turned out to be a larger project he checked in with me several times along the way about both the scope and cost changes. I really appreciated his ability to get the job done the same day.

These guys were great. Jared diagnosed every plumbing issue I had and carefully explained what he planned to do about it. They scheduled the work quickly, arrived on time and went straight to work. Afterwards Nick walked me through exactly what was done where and why. The results are top notch. Thorough, fast, clean, friendly and efficient.

I live in a condo unit in an HOA. There was a clog in the pipes that caused sewage backup into my kitchen sink when neighbors were running water in their sink. Angel arrived on time, was personable, responsive and professional. He cleared the clog and cleaned up efficiently. Thank you Angel.

This was phase one for a flurry of bathroom repairs, just figuring out what my options are and requesting a quote. Monowar, the plumber who came, was very professional and quickly understood our needs -- and limitations -- giving what I'm sure will turn out to be excellent advice.

I have used Nahman in the past, and have always been shocked by the prices...but let's get real: they're plumbers. And professionals. I cannot do what they do. More important, everything they have ever fixed has stayed fixed.

Tony was great. He was able to diagnose and repair the pilot light issue without using a more extensive approach. The one thing was he did some cleaning of the burners as there was debris collected from over the decades but he didn’t mention how much it would cost. So when he was done the bill was quite a bit higher than I imagined. It would have been nice if he had mentioned how much more it would be before doing the work. That being said, I am very happy to have a working furnace again.

Victor fixed our hot water heater and installed a hot water circulator. He was efficient, professional, courteous and delightful. On the scale of 1 to 10 for any type of home repair service we have had here in Berkeley, I would rate him a 10.

Jason did a great job addressing the issue with my shower diverted. He had the necessary parts on his truck and was able to get it done without having to make a trip to the store. Much appreciated.

The tech came to work on the tankless water heater. It threw an error code a few days prior and I wanted to diagnose the issue. He showed up 2 hours late (then, too late to call the manufacturer) and didn’t even open the machine. He gave us huge quotes to replace the device or install a new valve. He was here for 10 minutes. I didn’t learn anything new about my machine, no work was done. No diagnoses was done. And he charged me $95. I don’t know what I paid for. I won’t be using their service again.
