Stanley came on an emergency basis to assess a problem with a sump pump that was installed the day before but not working properly. He was very professional and thorough and diagnosed a couple of issues with the new pump. He made the adjustments and right now all is working very well. We really appreciated his great customer service and would highly recommend him. He returned today to install a second pump to beef up our water removal system. We have totally appreciated his thoroughness, problem solving, attention to detail , and great work! We highly recommend him and Albert Nahman Plumbing. The company keeps you apprised of arrivals via text message, lets you know if there are any questions, and they worked hard to address our needs on an emergency basis. They were wonderful and we really appreciate them, from the dispatchers to Stanley the plumber. Highly recommended.

Our tankless water heater needed to be serviced and because we hadn't been able to find who provides this maintenance, it was well past the window of usual maintenance.

But Diondre did a fantastic job ...he assessed the work, picked up the extra parts needed and provide the work the same day. He was professional, friendly and cleaned up after his work.

I've now got a calendar invite set and we'll be scheduling Albert Nahman for the year service! Very satisfied with the work!

Angel was brilliant!! Friendly, patient, professional, efficient. He clearly explained everything that he did and walked me through what seems to have caused the blockage. We called in because our dishwasher has been spraying water out of the underside for a few weeks now. We called on Monday and were scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. We were kept informed on timing delay due to a previous job taking longer than expected. Our technician was professional, kind, and ready to help how he could, including going to a hardware store to purchase the correct tubing. He made sure there was no more water leakage before leaving and shared all the pictures he took. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks!

We had a complete failure of our existing heating system and immediate need for replacement. They did a fantastic job of responding quickly, getting the asbestos abatement completed, getting the install done. We could not have asked for better.

Both the state and city inspectors were impressed with the completed work. So mostly, fantastic. Unfortunately some miscommunication left one piece that had to be done after. And that piece left one section of exposed insulation. Is that horrible? No. Does it affect performance? Doubt it. But that exposed section is so starkly different from the rest of the job. I asked and was told that is how they intended it, so OK then.

I think that they way the communicate what amounts need to be paid when, and by what means could be significantly improved. I'm sure they think it is clear because they know what they mean, and what they got and what they processed. On our end - not so clear.

The valve on an old water system was leaking. I decided to have the system removed. The work was done. My review isn't about the great work and cost effective timely service. It's about feeling that for the first time, after a roof replacement job, a porch replacement and dead end contracted work, I was left with a smile of relief. I didn't feel like some shady shyster had struck again when the job was completed and the technician had left. I didn't have to ask the right questions. There was pure comfort for this aged widows peace of mind... Thank you Chris and thank you Albert Nahman Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. The service that was not listed was "Peace of Mind".

I usually don't leave a bad review, but in this case I had to. Just to warn any future customers on what to possibly expect.

I'm a landlord and my tenant informed me earlier this week (Tuesday), about her bathroom faucet dripping from the hot side. I called Albert Nahman Plumbing, explained to the representative over the phone about my tenant's concern.

We set up an appointment for today between 10am - noon.

The technician arrived a little before noon. He examined the faucet and asked questions. I explained to him that I already knew what was wrong/why it was dripping and that the part had been replaced last year. Also, I had gotten the replacement part from Home Depot.

The technician then called beadquarters (his mananger, so he stated), and informed him of the situation.

The technician then informed me that he was advised to explain to me that it would be a waste of time to go to Home Depot (or another plumbing store), and replace the part do to it might not last that long. He aslo stated that he was advised that if I chose not to have them (Albert/Nahman), install a new faucet, then they wouldn't be able to do anything.

So, basically I ended up paying the "service fee ($95.00), just to be told that I really don't have a say so in regard to what I want to have repaired/replaced in my own tenant's residence.

The sad thing is, I only called them do to I had used them several times in the past. All my previous services had always been good.

After today though, this company just lost a loyal customer. Never again will I use this company.
