Very good quality work. The technician communicated clearly and thoroughly about what he was going to do and what he finally did. He was also very nice. Transparent about the cost before the work started.

Jason was exceptionally professional in all manner. He was on time and notified me of his travel to my home in time for me to leave work and meet him. Then he quickly assessed and fixed the problem — after removing his shoes to protect our flooring. Great job.

The water pressure in our house was low and our hot water heater was 20 years old, so it was time to have it replaced. The Albert Nahman service person tried to convince me that the problem was our 20 year old copper pipes, and told me they all needed to be torn out and replaced. He pointed to the small amounts of patina on our copper, 20 year old uninsulated COLD water pipes, and told me, that the rust inside was preventing the water from moving through the house. There was no involved inspection, just a call with his supervisor, who probably encouraged him to upsell us. He even said we needed to replace our connection to the street. Again, our only problem was HOT WATER, not cold. He quoted us 15K to replace all of our pipes, including the shower, and we would have to hire a separate contractor to replace the shower wall. They would throw in a new hot water heater for 3K as a special deal. I turned down the offer, hired a smaller family own business who replaced our water heater and only charged us $2600, $400 less than this Albert Nahman's "Special Offer" and no run around with unnecessary, expensive work. I had a conference call in the middle of the appointment window, and Jason was able to accommodate me by coming at the beginning of the window, finding the plumbing issue right away and addressing it without interrupting my workday.

Albert Nahman installed two tankless water heaters (in series) in our house, a few months before we bought it. But, as users, we were not satisfied with the installation since we could get here and there a few cold showers for no reason.

I started to investigate the problem by watching some Youtube videos. It became clear that the installation was not properly made and contacted Albert Nahman, which agreed on my diagnosis and accepted to make things right at their own expense, which was really appreciated.

A few days after the installation was fixed, problems arose again and we started to get even more cold showers. A few technicians from Albert Nahman came in, checked the installation, but could not really understand what the problem was. The last technician, Chris Hassett, finally understood the root of it and fixed it. I was really impressed by Chris, his capacity to listen, be methodical in troubleshooting the problem, not giving up where nothing obvious strikes. We were very fortunate to have him look at our installation. Everything works perfectly now!

Overall impression is still good: Albert Nahman fixed their mistakes, sent technicians when we called, and was the pretty reactive the whole time.

De'Andre was timely, efficient and thorough. He explained every step that he took and showed me the results of his findings, demonstrating all the way. He made me feel secure about his analysis and recommendations for the future. I highly recommend his work.

Leaky pipe under kitchen sink what a mess! Can’t live without the kitchen sink; so glad they were able to come out within a few hours of our call, repaired it quickly and efficiently. Jose was very professional, and a really nice guy even our dogs liked him.😎

AC didn’t have code air. So I called the company and they were able to give the next day schedule. It works great now. Thank you for the timely response and reasonable price.
