    I had a great experience with the service performance. My roof unit was repaired before I got home from work And I conveniently paid over the phone. Everything about this company is customer service. 5 STARS!!

    They are quick to respond, you get a reminder text when a technician is heading your way and can even track them! They are professional and with our repair we also got two years of AC unit servicing at no extra cost. They also seem to be the only company around that cleans air ducts if needed!

    Great experience. Jose thoroughly cleaned out a 2 yr old unit that was clogged from local fires dust and other particles. He answered my questions fully without making me feel dumb. I will be requesting him as my preferred technician from now on thank you 5 stars all around

    Daniel Rodriguez came out and did a diagnostic to see why my ac had stopped working. He gave me 3 different options of repairs ranging from.just getting it running today to fixing all upcoming issues. My system is pretty old so we also wanted to see the cost of full replacement. John Amparano came out the next day and went over our replacement options and we ultimately went that route.

    Customer service are bunch of liars. They will schedule an appointment. No one showed up, and when I called them to follow up, they said they left a message to cancel my appointment. Lies...I did not receive a message because I was waiting the whole day for the technician to call. They just want to cover up their errors. I was rescheduled twice and same reasons....The technician was unavailable due to emergency.
    I am very unhappy with their customer service. I wish I did not buy my new HVAC in this place. I even paid cash for a new system, which I was told by a good source later that it was really over priced. Beware of this company. They're only good at talking, especially their customer service. Some are so rude!

    Ozzy came to my home for a diagnostic and he was not only professional but also very knowledgeable in his work. Turns out I didn't need any freon, but he still went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. He kindly cleaned out my coils and thanked me for selecting One Hour. Great costumer service from my own personal experience!!! Thanks Ozzy!!

    I contacted this company 2 months ago to schedule air conditioning servicing for my two units. When they informed me that I'd have to wait until JULY for an appointment, I was o.k. with that because my request was for simple servicing. After patiently waiting for 2 months, my appointment day finally arrived, only to have them contact me via text message (after waiting all day) to inform me that they needed to reschedule me. Due to the poor, unprofessional customer service, I chose to cancel my request all together. I contacted another company and shared my dilemma and was immediately scheduled for tomorrow morning.
