I am 100% satisfied. I was very anxious about the whole process and they relieved my all my fears. I am happy I chose Monarch for a cleaner and healthier living. The service technicians were very professional and conscientious. I highly recommend their team.

We had monarch install a new AC and heating unit with a new thermostat on September 2020. The problem started when we turned on the heater around November or December of 2020. The thermostat would turn off and on consistently. I called several times and several technicians came back to check the device, saying that there was nothing wrong with it. I also complained about the permit that they said that I will receive that I never got. Eventually we stopped using the heater and stopped calling. Now that the weather is cold again, the same problem is occurring. The thermostat is not reading the temperature correctly and is overheating the house. I have called several times already just to get excuse after excuses. I am overly frustrated and mentally exhausted already. This company has ignored us.

Very thorough and professional. Mild manner and very knowledgeable. Taylor worked on my AC 2 other times before this repair. Will recommend Taylor on the next job soon. He replaced my condenser fan motor, dual voltage stabilizer last time.
This time he replace the primary contact as he recommends.
He also replace my thermostat. Thank you sir. Job well done.

The technician Zack was very professional and did what he said he was going to do unlike the last person with this company did. I would recommend Zach for any service’s needing done. He is honest and upfront with you.

Todays work was periodic, routine maintenance, and the guy did a good job. I’m not happy with the company which installed my AC & furnace 8 months ago because,
1. I specifically asked for more Cooling and heating to go into front bedroom which faces south toward the sun. The work they did was inadequate. The front bedroom has improved but it is too warm in the summer & too cool in the winter.
2. Today the maintenance guy is trying to sell me a surge protector for $182. I don’t think this was mentioned on the original install. If it is so critical why wasn’t it part of the original proposal.
3. I paid a high price for my AC HVAC. Part of the sales pitch was they do a superior job determining what is needed and sizing the job right. I don’t think they did a good job.

The staff at Monarch Home Services were great! They were able to replace our HVAC in a timely manner. Excellent service was provided. The technicians were friendly and informative. We are pleased with our service! Definitely recommending them to all family and friends.

Monarch performed the annual heating system inspection and performance. The inspection was very thorough and found no problems. Several years ago we didn't get the system serviced like we do now. We decided to have Monarch service the systems and they found cracked heat exchangers in both units that could have filled our home with deadly CO. We will always trust Monarch with all of our service needs.

Our technician Macario was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. From the first day he came to service our AC unit he explained everything thoroughly and gave us options. He took care of some repairs and came back to service our water heater. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We signed up for the HPS membership program. We are customers for life. Thank you!

Mario serviced my AC and explained that some parts of the system would soon require added cleaning or replacement, and that one component in particular should be replaced now. He explained my repair options and the cost for each and then did the most urgent repair at my request. Very competent technician, fairly priced service.

Joseph was very professional and personable. You would have thought he knew us all our lives. 👍🏽 We received a text with the picture of whom to expect which helped. They were done a little before they said they would be. It was smooth because I couldn’t tell they were here when I arrived home. Great job Monarch!
