    Tony came to service my mini split, he was very professional and polite. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself.

    The price was a bit expensive but now I have piece of mind that it was done correctly.

    I just want to say that Derrick the technician that came to service our AC was very professional and courteous. Derrick took the time to explain issues that we had with our AC and did so in a way that we could understand. He also was able to give us other options we that we could use. We are looking forward to continue to do service with Monarch.

    David G. was an amazing ac technician. He knew his stuff and was able to fix things that previous technicians messed up. Fast service with a smile, you can tell he liked working for Monarch and they take care of their employees.

    We’ve had monarch come out every year for the past 6 years for their basic “tune up” and inspection, they’ve always done a good job, informed us properly of any potential issues, even telling us twice in the past of the blower fan on our home AC Unit potentially failing soon. But they recommended us to just keep using it and replace it once it finally dies, and have given us estimates for its replacement cost. They never tried to up sell us before.

    BUT this year not only is their basic “tune-up and inspection” now $79 vs $50. When the technician arrives he immediately is very careful with his words at the service he is going to provide for the tune-up. He heads up to the roof, comes back down and informs me that the air temperature going into the house is not at a normal cold temperature as it should be. And that now my options are to either continue the basic “tune-up” or to pay $99 total for a diagnosis to figure out the issue. I choose to continue the basic “tune-up, he heads up the to roof to “continue working”, I head out into my backyard and see him on the phone and hear him talking to someone about the conversation I just had with him.
    Minutes later he comes back down and tells me that he will not be able to complete the “tune-up” because “since my AC is not functioning properly he will not be able to accurately read the voltages of the system and that the $99 diagnostic is now my only option to determine why my AC is faulty.” I know BS when I hear it, this was an up sell, and the person he called, obviously encouraged it.

    So I refused the diagnostic, I know my AC unit was not “faulty”, it was operating normally maybe slightly warmer than last year. So I called up another company here in town and for $35(I was surprised too), they were immediately able to check everything and quickly inform me that my AC unit was low on Freon. No upsells just honesty. They gave me an estimate and I went through them and had them refill it for me and now my AC is working better than ever. They will now have my business every year from now on.

    These folks were above board on professionalism! My only regret is not getting two other estimates to compare! I would strongly recommend Monarch to anyone looking for top quality!

    Monarch Home Services had an A/C Tuneup Special that I saw on a tv ad. I called and scheduled an appointment by text message. Contactless set up. The Technician was on time and dressed professionally. He explained everything that was included with the service. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Took photos of all Services performed. Sat down to show me all equipment in its current condition. Technician was open and honest. Spoke in lehman's terms so I could understand all work performed. I felt very comfortable and confident with the service.

    I love this company. Everything from the appointment to the maintenance was friendly and professional. The repairman even took pictures of everything that he did. Did I mention that the price was great! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

    Marc and Erik ( sp for both ) were sent to our house to resolve a problem with one of our HVACs. Our first rain this year brought 2+ inches in one day. The HVAC had not been installed correctly which resulted in a large amount of water running into our attic and eventually through the ceiling onto our kitchen floor. They spent several hours here working to fix the problem and testing for leaks to make sure everything was sealed. They kept us informed about what they were doing as the day moved on. Both were polite and hard working .....good representatives for Monarch.
    Who knows when the next substantial rain will come. We will be holding our breaths when it does, hoping to see no leaks.

    Robert is knowledgeable about Monarch and what his job entails. Robert came off as professional and helpful to us in letting us know what needed to be done in order for the heating and also the water heater to work efficiently. We would recommend Robert to anyone. Thanks Robert for your help.

    Technician was good. Company not so much. They did not do a good job keeping us informed of status. They lost the replacement part for almost a week. Once original part was replaced, additional parts had to be repaired before job was complete.
