He arrived within the time lapse promised.
He did the tune up check up. He washed the unit thoroughly with the hose. He even helped me change the filter replacing the old one with a spare I had and showed me how to do it when I asked.

The service technician with All Climate Air was great! The company sends a notice when the technician is coming and he confirmed that he would be there shortly after. He was very personable, as well as very efficient with doing the annual service for our air conditioner, as well as giving me a heads up on a particular service we would need to do in 1 year. Also - I have to say the office staff at All Climate is great as well. We have a service plan we pay for and they contact us to schedule the service for our heater as well as our air conditioner, since they are part of the same system. I highly recommend All Climate Air - they installed our units and did a great job.

The problem was corrected, and we are pleased. The one concern we had was that the low freon level problem was not discovered during our last check up 5 weeks ago, causing us discomfort, extra cost and electric usage from one week on 24/7 air conditioner usage.
You are supposed to contact us concerning possible coolant leakage and any needed correction. Thanks for your service Bill Atkinson

Zachary was very courteous and professional and even though it was an easy fix, he explained what to do in the future if problems occur. Jennifer was also very professional with the phone calls that we had due to weather and rescheduling.
