We started having issues with our cooling as our AC was not able to bring the temp below a certain temp. I went with All Climate as I have had positive experience with them in the past as far as annual maintenance was conerned. They were able to get someone out to our house the same day. My initial experience was with Reuben who seemed very knowledgeable and also very professional.

Unfortunately he wasn't to do anything because the system needed to be turned off for a day before they could look into the issue further.

The next day they had somebody scheduled to come out. A different technician came out (Steven) and he thoroughly explained what he believed our system was experiencing. He was very upfront and transparent about cost and what I could expect as far as what we can do that same day to ameliorate the issue.

I already knew that our system is quite old and eventually will likely need replacing. But for the time being, I wanted to get some fix in place. Steven was able to recharge the unit with refrigerant and get my unit up and running as needed to cool down the house.

He was also very candid about the fact that the system may fail at some point in the future (perhaps near future). He took his time to explain all of my questions and educated me on what to look for. I did appreciate his frankness and candor.

There will come a time when I will look into an overhaul of my existing unit. And when that time comes I'll be calling All Climate to get the work done.

I had them come out to service my unit last week. The tech went up on the roof and returned inside with a low working Capacitor. I asked the cost to fix he went to call someone he came back with $372.00 plus servicing the AC $119. Well $491. Later AC works just as good as it did before the changed part. My complaint is that after looking up the part on Amazon only $45. Please people check part price before you let them charge so much to change a part that cost so little. I feel overcharged. Beware of there charges. I found them on Google with their coupon deal but that turned into a large cost for me. Won’t recommend them!

Our old 4 ton finally bit the dust in the dead of summer. This was not a job that could wait with our large family getting warmer by the minute. On a Friday they came out and gave us a quote, by Monday they were hard at work. It was a massive job - replacing the AC unit with the needed 5 ton, replacing all of the duct work (it needed it), replacing all of the vent covers...big job. By Wednesday morning we had a brand new AC and our home was comfortable in no time. The entire crew was very polite and courteous while in our home. They were pleasant to work with and cleaned up after the job. We have no complaints of any kind. They provided exactly what they promised and delivered it on time.
