Purchased the VIP package to get my AC unit taken care of. Techs come out twice a year during the spring and fall to check on AC. Both techs that came out this year were on time and helpful. Chris came by most recently and helped out with the thermostat and did the maintenance on the heating. Will use All Climate again in the future.

I had an appointment for the 21 pt checkup on my air conditioning unit. Your technician , Steven gave me a good report card. Steven was very professional & explained the parts that could fail down the road. He talked to me about the yearly check up which includes the winter & Summer checkups along with a discount for the parts when you pay for the program, which I am considering. Thank you for a great experience in my air conditioner service. I will call in the future for all my air conditioner repairs. Make sure you keep this employee. Service is A-plus.
