Have used All Climate for years. Even bought a new unit from them. Just can’t get over the cost for this last maintenance. The tech took only about 15 minutes with the 21 point inspection then brought me the bill. While I was writing the check, I did ask him about hosing it down. Other techs do this when doing summer maintenance. He told me he was going to do that last so just in case he gets wet he doesn’t come in the house all wet and use his own hose. He did go back on roof, with my hose, and got it all tangled when winding it back up. 😡 Does he really do that last or was he going to skip that part? Then why put the ladder away, only to get it back out? Can I trust he did do the 21 point inspection? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Oh, and he didn’t even look at the air filter, which is supposed to be a part of the inspection.
