Excellent company to do business with. Steven was my technician & really knows his stuff! He was up on my roof in no time & had my problem diagnosed within a few minutes. A locked up Condenser Fan Motor. He installed a new CF Motor & Capacitor. Afterwards, he thoroughly tested everything. He was fast, efficient & very professional. A real asset to All Climate Air! I couldn’t be more pleased!

Had Reuben come out for maintenance on our old air conditioner. He diagnosed and explained some repairs that should be made or possibly look into replacing because of the age of our unit. He did not pressure for a decision. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Jennifer in the office is very friendly and sweet. I am not sure what we will decide to do (probably repairs at the moment) but will definitely use All Climate Air.

Chris the service representative was very professional, called to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Provided a detailed list of all items inspected during annual heater inspection. I received my new unit in April from your company. The technician just left, after the fourth time of being here, to fix an issue the unit was having. Hopefully, it has been resolved, although I am not confident of this. From my understanding, tech support (perhaps from the company that manufacturers the unit??) has not been returning calls. That is highly unprofessional. I spent a great deal of money on their unit and they should be more helpful to their customers and to the companies that use their products.
