Airco Heating & Air Conditioning

I purchased a $30,000.00 Fujitsu mini split system for my New home from Airco We moved in July 2018. We have had the serviceman ( Pete and the other service men were Great) out at least 8 times in 3 1/2 years . System went out March 9th, 2022. For the past 3 months , we have had NO Heat or AC . We have a warranty for 5 years Parts and 7 years Compressor Owner will not return my calls and the Girl in the Office gave us the phone number for Fujitsu and said you call them. So I did A Law Firm. They are making all the calls now and since , I am 69 and my wife 68. There is another law about taking advantage of the elderly

The owner, Sean is extremely personable, kind, and works with you to get the best possible unit and deal you can find in town. I wouldn’t recommend any other AC place in Bakersfield. Worst service in all of Bakersfield. They WILL rip you off. Was even threatening by an employee. Won't honor warranty. And will intentionally damage your ac unit, deny warranty too charge you more money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LOW LIVES.
