I had not gotten my unit serviced since having it installed 5 years ago, so I thought it was time since it gets VERY hot here in the summer. I was thankful Anthony was professional and recommended items to keep my air conditioner going strong and keeping us cool during the hot months, and warm during the colder months.

I am very pleased with the customer service. Juan was first and foremost on time. He was very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable explaining in detail the process from beginning to end . Thanks MONARCH and thank you Juan for a job well done.

Always trying to sale other things for upgrade as I have the air scrubber installed along with a new 17,00.00$ AC unit. Few years later the suggested I get an iwave no replacement parts.Now they say my my air scrubber is not work that I need to pay $600 plus dollars for a part to air scrubber. Well the iwave is in replacement of the air scrubber.

Monarch home service have been my go to when it comes to my ac and heating units. They're professional always on time and they explain step by step whats service is being done. I highly recommend them.

During a heat surge of 110° Monarch came out immediately after I explained that my daughter and I were both disabled and have medical issues that we cannot tolerate heat. The fixed the unit that day!!

Carlin was a very nice technician. He understands working families and is super helpful and understanding. Prices are a bit high for parts so I would recommend shopping a bit when it comes to the parts quote.

Received call for maintenance for my hvac system made appointment for 8am to 10am just for the tech to show up at 5:25pm for the appointment. NO call from the company at all till 5:00pm telling me that the tech was on his way. This was NOT the first time this have happened but the last.

Miguel was an outstanding installer. I coluldn't say enough good things about him or his install team. He was dilligent and kept at it until it wasdone coprrectly. He was a real problem solver when he ran into those issues that crop up when installing something new in an older home. Miguel is awesome! NOta huge fan of Monarch - but Miguel maed them better.
