    I have had a rough experience with Monarch. But let me say one thing they communicate well & the manager went above to make everything right. He got everything handled in a quick time frame. So if anyone else ever has a rough experience the manager will go extra miles to make things right and keep a customer!!

    Don was very straight forward with what needs to be done and let me know what that entailed so I’m happy with the service so far. I’m having a AC installation technician come to do a free consultation so hopefully it’s not going to cost me a arm and a leg to do so. Steven was a good salesman, great people person. Oscar was polite and timely. He got right to work and was focused on doing so in the attic. I want to thank all the people that came and helped with installing the new AC here.

    Had One-Hour Air before they were absorbed by Monarch. Joined there premium member service for 15 bucks a month, which included maintenance on my AC/Heating system. I couldn't figure out how they would make money on the service visits.....then I figured it out. They are salesman, and get commission on the repairs/cleanings they perform. Technician said my blowers needed to be taken out and cleaned (I have 2 units), and that one of my PCI boards was showing heat stress and could fail at any time. He didn't show us any pictures, so I was going to take his word on it. I asked for the price of all 3 services, and the total was going to be $4,050. Yes, you read that right. I asked him some details on how long it would take, and on the conservative side it was ~2 hours for all the work. I repeat, 2 hours. The board costs ~150 (I looked it up), and for 2 hours of total work they wanted to charge me 4k. I obviously said no, and was then contacted by the supervisor to see why I didn't want the service. I explained that the price was extremely high, and I wanted a second opinion. Called Circulair out (Felipe was awesome), he took pictures of everything and showed me. Fans had a small amount of dust, not worth cleaning in his opinion. Also, he looked at the board and even tested the voltages. Everything was fine. He charged me a minimum callout fee and was on his way. Monarch is a sales company, please take your business elsewhere. Use a local HVAC company and always get a second opinion on big expenses.

    I called for service and they had someone come out the same day! This was a “Second Opinion” as my warranty company told me yesterday that I needed a new compressor.
    Alejandro let me know what the issue was and exactly what he was going to do. It wasn’t the compressor, but wiring and connection seemed to be the issue. He was very efficient and I have AC again!
    I would highly recommend Monarch!

    Very responsive, called them for a potential duct leak under my house and they responded in less than 24 hours, found a small hole in the ducting under the house, took video of the leak and pictures of the repair to assure me they fixed it properly. Joel was very friendly and detailed in his explanation of what was going on and what they were doing. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

    They were extremely fast in setting a same day appointment to troubleshoot a system which was a combination of 15-25 years old ac/furnace. Plan became to install a full new system which they installed the following day. They were very prompt, clean, courteous and informative in all Q&A. Referred to me from a close friend and I would easily refer to any in need of a quality Heat/AC company that stands behind their products. They can build a system to fit most any budget to needs.
