    Although the tech was friendly, i'll never use Monarch again. When the tech got here, my unit was working. When he left, it no longer turned on. All he did was try and convince me that I needed either a new unit, or that I needed to put some serious money into it. All I wanted in the first place was to have it serviced for the winter. In these hard times, you'd think they'd want to help struggling customers. No chance. Never again will I use them, much less, recommend them to anyone.

    If I could give Oscar Rodriguez and his crew 10 stars I would. They did an incredible job at installing my new HVAC system. They were very professional and always kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. They went on and beyond to insure the new system was working right. I am so happy I chose Monarch Home Sevices.

    The service tech was very professional and polite. It was towards the end of the day, but he did a thorough inspection of our heater, making sure it was ready to go for this winter.

    Worst place ever! Very dishonest I waited over 6 months to just get regular summer tune up service and now my new unit is only 2 years old and today I got a list of things that supposedly need to be done to my unit … and I don’t know if it’s because I declined their recommendations but all of a sudden my brand new unit isn’t working and it was working completely fine before the tech arrived!!!I don’t understand…. I’ve had enough…. I guess I’ll just have to sue…Oh and the techs name was Pedro! Thank you!

    Do NOT use Monarch Home Services.

    We went cheap and used them to service our AC unit this summer. They then quoted us about $1,000 in repairs. Our AC was replaced in 2014 and still under warranty so we called oasis who installed it to come under warranty. They just showed up and showed David that Monarch didn’t even service and clean our AC and showed David the things Monarch said we needed that we don’t .

    Apparently Monarch used to be under a different name but they had so many bad complaints they changed their name. So they are still the same lousy lying company!!

    When oasis showed up we showed them the paper that Monarch gave us and before they event looked at our unit they looked at each other and laughed and said our unit is probably just fine. Which after they inspected it , said nothing is wrong.

    Monarch when they had their old name used to be under contract with Costco but they kept getting lawsuits so Costco ended that contract and then they changed their name to Monarch.

    job was done very excellent. very professional . i would recommand monarch home services highly to any one who needs central air and heating for their home. wow!! A plus grade and above. you will do very well to call them and have them do the job. outstanding. wow!

    Our AC stopped cooling around 9:30 pm during a very hot spell - 105 that day, and a forecast of 111 the next day. I started calling 24-hour repair services but didn't get a return call. Then I called Monarch's. Not only did someone answer the phone, but Steve came out at midnight! He inspected the unit, took pictures, and came back to explain what he found. He was knowledgeable and patient while we asked a lot of questions about our options. The short story is that we decided to replace the unit now rather than keep patching the old one. The installers arrived at 8 am with portable AC room units to keep us comfortable while they worked. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Steve and the installers - all courteous and hard working - and their pricing is fair and comparable with other quality HVAC companies. Monarch's will be our go-to company for repairs in the future because we know their work will be done right, and extend the life of our new unit.

    I made my appointment for a summer check up about two months ago to be seen in July. This was a little odd to me but I went ahead and kept the appointment. So yesterday a very nice young man came to do the service. But after he found that the AC was located on the roof(which was noted when I made my appointment), I was told his ladder probably wasn’t going to work because it was too short, and yes, shot by 4ft he said. He explained that the business was “closed now” and wouldn’t be able to go back and get a taller ladder. After waiting all this time for this summer check up service, it had to be rescheduled.
    Why would the call center ask me for all of this information about where my AC is located just to have them send out a technician that didn’t bring the required tools to do the job? I’m very disappointed, and I’m not sure I even want to keep the new appointment now. It’s very unprofessional to show up for a job not prepared.

    Great friendly service, really enjoy doing business with this company. The technician Steve R was very knowledgeable and a real wealth of information does/don'ts and answered all our questions with explanations we could understand. While the bill was more then we anticipated he worked with us, and did all he could, giving us all our possible options for now and into the future to make the best decision we could make. Really felt he had our best interest at heart and appreciated his helpful friendly attitude.

    I had Pedro as lead installer, David was outside. So I can't give a review on David. We had 3 technicians in total , they all worked together and got the job done in a timely manner.
