The folks at Franklin were top notch from the initial estimates, through installation process and the follow up afterwards. The job was done in a very timely manner without any issues.
As impressed as I am by what they did for my home was the work that they did for one of my neighbors. The team at Franklin went out of their way to help a family who was in a bind. Kudos to you for 2 jobs well done! I recommended Franklin to my neighbors and would do so to anyone.

Franklin heating and air did a wonderful job helping us in our time of need! 94 degrees and our air went out. They understood our predicament. My wife has medical problems. Franklin came and diagnosed the problem promptly. The technician that came to help us is Kyle. An excellent technician and was very understanding. He arranged for a portable air conditioner, the “office “ found us a new part and researched our a/c and found it was still under warranty. That saved us a great deal of money that another company may have used to their advantage . I highly recommend Franklin A/C and Kyle went way beyond to help us.

Very easy to work with! They came out to assess the work at my home in NWA, provided a free estimate and once I decided to move forward they contacted me to schedule a time to come out and complete job. They were very professional, friendly, and did excellent work - once they were done they cleaned up and the invoice matched the estimate provided to the penny. Will be using Franklin Heating & air again for all my HVAC needs!

Great experience! Originally had Bud Anderson come out and it cost me $80 on the spot for them to tell me that I need a new furnace. I called Franklin Heating and Air later that day to ask for a second opinion and they came out the same day at no charge. The assessment by Bud Anderson was correct in that it would be more appropriate to get a whole new heating and air system than it would be to pay for all the parts to fix my 1970's unit. Franklin quoted me a very reasonable price and broke down the cost of each individual item that they would be replacing. They also referred me to get financed so that I could afford to get it fixed! As soon as I was approved for my financing the appointment was scheduled which ended up being a few days. Victor and his associate showed up around 8am and did not stop until they finished at 8pm as there were some hiccups with my old furnace. They stayed until the job was complete and the furnace install looked great! They also cleaned up when they were through. I could not recommend them enough! Will, Zach, and Victor were all great and focused on providing a customer centered and efficient, affordable experience.

Our air conditioning stopped working. I called to make an appointment with Franklin Heating & Air. Within less than two hours, Tyler Martin (a technician) arrived and diagnosed the issue. He didn't have the right parts with him so he picked them up from the service department and returned that night and repaired our AC unit! I can't compliment Tyler enough for his professionalism, responsiveness and customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Great service and affordable prices.

Jacob did a great job getting us taking care of the drain issues we had with several units at our business. He went above and beyond to make us happy.

Probably the best A/C service I have ever received. Technician Colton represented your company very well. Honest, hard-working, and when he left, my family’s A/C was cooling 10 degrees cooler. Colton was extremely thorough, methodical, and troubleshot potential issues. When Colton left, I felt as though my family was blessed to have chosen Franklin. I will definitely use Franklin again! Our AC stopped running and Colton was out in just a couple hours the same day. Very impressed with the response time and he fixed everything in under an hour. Highly recommended.
