Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning

This was my first visit for an estimate. Peyton took his time and explained everything to me and why I needed this or that. It was like sitting down talking to an old friend. Peyton is very professional and a pleasure to talk to. He could sell me a dead 3 legged horse to run barrels with and I wouldn’t be upset. I also met Nathan on Monday when he came to our clinic and his professionalism is what made me reach out to Anderson’s. Thanks for all you all do in this heat to keep all of us cool.

Nathan was great! Called and told me he was on his way, worked until he found the issue. Very pleasant & very professional. Explained to me everything he did. I will def. Use Anderson if the future. ✅⭐️

Felix did a great job diagnosing the problem with our AC and fixing it in an efficient manner. He was very professional and has such a pleasant demeanor!
I'd also like to mention that Anderson air did their best to accommodate us with same day service when I called this morning to let them know our AC wasn't working. Big thanks to Anderson Air for always going above and beyond!

Felix was so friendly and helpful! He did my free a/c inspection and offered some other options to make my unit run more smoothly and efficiently. We have used Anderson air to maintain the units in all 3 of our homes and they are always wonderful!!

Nathan came to do a yearly maintenance check up, and made sure my air system is running great & efficient. He also let me know of some options to keep in mind for the future. Everyone I talked to at Anderson Air was prompt, professional, and communicative. Nathan came to look at my AC unit that wasn’t working and took the time to uncover and repair a number of problems. When he noticed one of the wires to my thermostat was unhooked (not even related to what we thought was wrong), he went into my attic to check it out and discovered that my drain pipe was unhooked and that the pan was full of sludgy water. He vacuumed out all the water, reconnected and tested my drain line, replaced leaking valves on my unit, reconnected the wire on my thermostat, and did a great job of explaining everything along the way. I really appreciate the quality work and assessment performed by Nathan, and Anderson Air will definitely be my go-to in the future.

Yes! Felix did a good job. He was a good listener and was very thorough. I'll be calling next year for maintenance servicing, and hope he will be returning, so please make a note on my file. Thank you!

Anderson Air was a pleasure to work with. Both Nick and Timothy, the technicians I have interacted with, were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. The people I spoke with at their call center were great and made sure to get me the help I needed in a timely manner. I plan to remain a member of the Anderson Air plan.

Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and then explained after service was complete. Very pleasant. Would definitely recommend. 10 stars plus.
