Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning

Dalton is an excellent technician who does more than any other technician from other companies that we have had work on our heating and cooling systems in the past. There are no hard questions, and my wife and I have full trust and faith in his abilities.

We have used Anderson Air for many years and we are always pleased with their service! Payton was the technician today and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything! They are definitely a 5 star company!

We have a geothermal HVAC that is 13 years old. Anderson has previously done extensive repairs and parts replacement so that the system is now running like it did when it was new.
We just had a semiannual maintenance check by Timothy. The system is working well but the compressor has gotten a bit noisier. Timothy added oil to the compressor which made an immediate difference. He also put in an enzyme drain cleaner that will keep the drain running freely. We are very pleased with the quality of service from Anderson Air and highly recommend them.

They replaced a cracked AC condensation pipe. Nick Southworth, our repair technician did an excellent job with the repairs. He was extremely polite, knowledgable, and efficient.

Preston did a great job explaining what he found during the furnace inspection on our new-to-us home. We contracted with Anderson Air for our preventive maintenance & this was our first system inspection. He found that roof exhaust was not connected after our roofers recently installed a new roof, which is something we never would have found ourselves without a visit to the attic! We look forward to a long-term relationship with Anderson Air.

Felix was prompt, professional, kept me informed of the problems and possible fixes. My AC is running once again, thank you very much for a job well done.
