I can honestly say I've never had such efficient, prompt, kind service; especially with an air conditioner. In this heat, I didn't expect to have air conditioning tonite; because I discovered the issue late. After 5 and service showed up faster then pizza delivery. To top it off the owner of the company shows up to make sure all is well! RARE and such a inspiring treat to have so much knowledge and care!

I have had this company come out three times to work on my 23 year old furnace. Always fast and dependable, gave me a quote before any work. Usually got the part in the next day and had it repaired. If you are looking for a reputable company that is honest and good on the pocket book then this is it!

I met Steve Paxton in August, 2014 when he fixed the A/C unit at a house we were renting in Bentonville. I was very impressed with Steve and made a note with his details. Yesterday I discovered our A/C unit had stopped working. I filled out an online request for service and one of his techs was the before 11:00 am today. He replaced the capacitor and will return to clean and service the unit. If you are looking for a HVAC vendor who is honest and does great work, you should call Air Dynamics in Springdale!

They have serviced my a/c every year and are extremely professional. Yesterday, a Sunday afternoon, my a/c stopped working. The unit was under 2 1/2 years old and I didn’t know what to do but for some reason I called them and to my surprise someone answered! She said she would let someone know and 3 minutes later I received a call from a technician who came to the house within a half hour. Over 90° and the poor guy is up in my attic and diagnosed the problem. It was a major part and said he would try and track down the part the next morning. They were back at the house by noon Monday with the part and fixed! Also, they knew the part would be under warranty and handled all that for me. I will never use anyone else and if I could give them 100 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend them!

I had an air conditioner that quit working at one of my rental properties. After some online research I gave Air Dynamics a call. Less than 2 hours later, Steve with Air Dynamics showed up. The air unit is pretty old and I was afraid it was done. Steve replaced a $55 part in less than an half hour and all is good! very fair and fast service. highly recommended!

I can't say enough to show how good this company is. During such heat and short notice, they had our air fixed in a flash!

They won't take advantage of you like so many others.
