Unfortunately didnt use Brinker because of lack of communication. Granted this was a crazy hot week for the time of the year and all HVAC companies have been buried. After leaving multiple messages and conversations the follow-up communication was completely missing. No concern for the potential customer on where they stood in line for a technician, no call back at end of day to align on how ling it might take to get to them, etc. A simple phone call goes a long way in picking up and retaining new customers.

A fantastic family owned local business. They were prompt, professional, responsive, and able to get out to our house the day after our A/C went out (which is what you really care about the most when your A/C is out in the middle of the summer).

Like a lot of people, I discovered my furnace wasn't working on the first cold day of Fall 2022. All the HVAC companies were booked solid for the next few weeks. Brinker was also fully booked when I called, but they said they would try to squeeze me in if they could. They showed up the very next night!!! Dylan was extremely knowledgeable. His repair took less than 30 minutes and he only charged me the standard service fee. My wife is warm, and I am happy. I highly recommend Brinker.

Brinker has been our HVAC service for years-great service and help during urgent problems. It was natural to rely on them for a new system. Dale gave us a recommendation that was in budget and were able to even go up a grade. The installation went smoothly, nice even heat and quiet. Looking forward to not worrying about the 30 year old AC lasting another summer.

My AC went kaput during the first hot spell of the season, when all local service providers were overwhelmed. Brinker was recommended by a friend, and they were the first with availability to come out-- and they did an evening service call, which exceeded my expectations. They advised that the entire HVAC system would need replacing, had an estimate to me the next morning, and installed by the end of the week. I also chose to update the furnace and upgrade to a digital/wifi thermostat, as both were outdated. Monica, Dale, Dylan and all the techs were friendly, knowledgable, and communicated thoroughly and professionally at every point. When our AC stopped working, I looked up the symptoms so I'd know what to expect. It said it could be anything from a cheap fix all the way up to requiring a new unit. I called Brinker and crossed my fingers that they wouldn't try to to sell me something I didn't really need. Turns out it was the cheap fix. Very down to earth people, easy to talk with. He explained everything and taught me a few things as well. These folks have integrity. Highly recommended.
