I was impressed by the level of professionalism that was displayed throughout the install process. The workmanship is of the best I’ve witnessed. I witness a lot of HVAC work as I’m a plumbing contractor. Franklin heat, and air has set the bar to a very high standard.I will be referring this amazing company to anyone who wants to listen. Their people truly care about quality. All my questions were answered, and I was shown how to use my system. They didn’t leave till they felt I was completely satisfied. I’m usually uncomfortable with people in my house when I’m not home, however I had complete trust in this company. Their people treated my home as they would their own. They also cleaned up after them selves. The only way I knew they were here is my new HVAC system keeping me nice, and warm. Way to go Franklin!!!

Been using Franklin for all my hvac needs past few years. The service is always great and all technicians I met were professional and pleasant to work with. They show up and do the job right and timely. The cost is very reasonable as well. They also installed a new furnace for me. The turn around was impressive. Highly recommended for any of your maintenance, repair & new installations!

Great guys! Super informative and wiling to explain what they are working on and installing. Workmanship is professional and top notch. Good communication all around from initial service call, new system quote, through installation. Our AC went out during 100 degree stretch so we decided to replace the whole system. Called on Saturday furnace quit. Kyle came out and got it running; temporarily. Bearing bad on motor. We requested a new system. New system installed by 1p Thursday! Service stinks now days! These guys are courteous, professional, and keep their promised schedules!

Jackson came today to service our air. Very impressive young man. Kind, thorough and great integrity.
Appreciate Franklin's approach to business. There are so many company's here in NWA that are not doing reputable work.
It's so refreshing to find a company that hires people that have their same values.
I hope that Jackson will get to do our next service in the fall!

Wow! I don't think we have ever had such a great experience before with a business as good as Franklin Heating and Air! We first contacted them about three weeks ago for some frozen pipe issues with our AC. That was the first experience-- came out and serviced us the same day. Very professional and knew exactly what we needed to have done. Didn't try to sell us on a new unit as so many before have. Two weeks pass and our AC goes out again...it was a 20 year old unit so it wasn't a surprise. We call Franklin again among some other companies and they were again, the most professional and modest quote. We contacted them on Tuesday, new unit installed today-- the following Monday. Brandon and Steven showed up promptly and worked 12.5 HARD hours to get our new AC/Furnace installed. They didn't pause long for breaks and were incredibly polite, knowledgeable and friendly and professional. Super glad we decided to go with Franklin. They will continue to have our business and referrals. Thank you very much for your hard work!

Franklin is a professional staff who give five star service. The two guys who showed up to put in our AC were on time and thorough with their work. They worked right thru their lunch to get the job done. They showed up at 7 am and didn’t leave until 7 pm. We appreciate you guys!

My old ac system was starting to have some issues so I was looking to have it replaced.i contacted franklin electric along with a few different companies to come give me a quote on a new ac system. After all was said and done I ended up having franklin install a complete new heat and air system, and it was still less expensive than what the other companies quoted me for just replacing the AC.

The customer service has been absolutely fantastic. From the initial contact all the way through follow up after the installation was complete, every individual that I delt with was professional and kind. I believe they do truly care about thier customers and want them to have a good experience.
