Jacob arrived very promptly the day after the 2 days of ice, and was very respectful as far as little details of tracking the ice in my house, to minding my pet chickens. He was very informative and helpful. He mentioned that he was fairly new to the company, but the vast amount of knowledge he had, and the way he explained things to me was very much appreciated! Franklin Heating and Air has the kindest & most professional service people. They’re always on time, respectful of my home, clean up after themselves and they stay until the job is done! I’ve used several hvac companies but Franklin is the best! They have repaired, patched and finally replaced two 20+ year old systems and continue to maintenance them twice a year! Their service is always the best!

Really quick and quality service. Fixed the issue with no problem and took the time to answer all my questions.

We have an Airbnb in Bentonville and had a guest say that the heater was not working correctly and making a funny sound. We called Franklin first thing the next morning and they came out same day a few hours later. The low service call charge was what attracted us initially but the professionalism, quick response time, and competitive price for the work that needed to be done will make us a repeat customer.

I just want to start off by saying Franklin Air has my family and myself as a customer for all my HVAC needs for life after my experience. From the time I called in needing repair service to the time Colton the repairman got here was 20 minutes. This was after another company told me they weren’t available for 3 days. I know this time of year HVAC companies are extremely busy. But the punctuality, professionalism, and quality service of Franklin air and Colton was simply amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier!!

I’m very pleased with the repair experience. I am a new customer and called this morning. The folks in the phone were pleasant, made an appt for today, problem fixed, reasonable price - all good!
