Franklin Heating & Air

Our heater went out yesterday (Sunday) so we reached out to them via their text portal on the website. Within just a few minutes, we had a same day appt set! Very efficient with everything he tested for our heater to make sure it was just the one part we needed replacing. Would definitely recommend this company (and Kyle) to anyone!

Colton, was my service tech and he was the most knowledgeable tech I have ever had. Kudo's to him and Franklin should be very proud of his work.

Mr. Jaxson Harris came out to perform the annual checkup for the extended warranty on the system Franklin installed a couple years ago, and was very professional and personable during the process.

As usual, Franklin Air is second to none. Kyle came by to give my A/C unit its first charge after a winter installation of a complete HVAC system, and made sure all the adjustments were done exactly to specification. Now I have no worries for a cool house during summer.

Kyle was on time, gave me a 45 min heads up, explained everything to someone who knows nothing about HVAC issues, and had the problem diagnosed in minutes. He attempted to help me with a quick fix, and when that didn’t work, guided me to the next step with an estimate of repair costs. Kyle didn’t try to upsell or confuse me with a bunch of HVAC jargon, was friendly and professional. Would recommend Kyle to anyone and everyone, thank you!!!
