Armor Heating & Air

Our AC units were not giving us enough (or sometimes any!) cool air. We reached out to Armor Heating & Air and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. Our technician, Bryant, was great! He explained everything that he was doing. He was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and was able to diagnose our issues. Very personable and professional. Both units are now working great and it’s 72° in my living room. I HIGHLY recommend Armor!

Bryant at Armor heating and air absolutely did a spectacular job!! He showed up just at the nick of time when my AC unit stopped working in 90 degree weather, without hesitation he came in and did such an immaculate job, went above and beyond my expectations. For sure by far the best customer service, also quickest and super efficient work I’ve seen done on my AC unit ever. This man not only deserves a raise, but he deserves to have his name on the Company logo!

We were having issues with our A/C system not cooling efficiently and our experience with Armor Heating and Air was excellent. Jose came out in a timely manner, was courteous, and professional. He explained things about the system and the problems we were having in a way that made sense, offered multiple solutions, and gave us fair quotes for the repair. Would definitely recommend Jose and Armor Heating and Air for any cooling needs.

Responded within 4 hours to fix A/C unit. Can't ask for better response on 6 July when most other heating and air services are quoting days or not even giving an estimated date/time. Very knowledgeable representative who was able to provide answers to all my questions and also provided a cost estimate for a new HVAC System. Our present system is seventeen plus years old.

I got home from work and my thermostat was set at 72°, but the temperature inside the house was 85° – only 3° cooler than outside. Definitely a problem with the HVAC!

I called AirCo, but they couldn’t get a technician dispatched until tomorrow afternoon. I knew my wife wasn’t going to like that!

So I called Armor HVAC – they had a technician, Cade, at my house in about 30 minutes! He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose the trouble in about 10 minutes and had the problem resolved in even less time.

My house is now steadily cooling off and will hopefully be nice and cool by the time the wife makes it home.

I am the owner and president of Celtic Construction Inc. I've been using Armor Heating and Air ever since my old installer sold out to AirCo. I was very disappointed in AirCo's service and communication and moved all my custom projects, including my own personal home, to Armor. I've been extremely pleased with the workmanship of their installers and recently had one of their maintenance men at my home for an AC repair. They are responsive, honest, and deliver quality work. Obviously, I highly recommend them, or I wouldn't be using them on my custom home projects.

Walked in the door from the hospital with our newborn to find our AC not working on a 100 degree day. Called and they had Cade out to our house within 45 minutes. Cade was extremely professional and got our AC back up and running within an hour. Will absolutely be calling them again! Huge thank you!!
