Needed to replace a decades old home HVAC system. Received bids from Armor and 2 other local reputable companies (I did my research). Armor had the best pricing, labor warranty and included 2 yrs free maintenance! They gave me multiple units/brands and price points to choose from, all less expensive than the other bids. And they were able to do the install sooner than the others! If that weren't enough, everyone I encountered with this company was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 5-star service all the way!!!

My family really appreciates the fast and professional service provided by Armor. The technician, Travis, was very kind and clearly knew what he was doing. Within an hour he had diagnosed and repaired our A/C, giving us much needed relief during the Summer. Same day service at a very fair price.

Our AC system was struggling to keep up, called Armor along with 3 other local HVAC companies. Armor was the only one that answered when I called, and got a tech to my house within 2 hours of my call. Not to mention on Memorial Day! Brian was our tech and he fixed the issue on the spot and gone before 10am. Very satisfied and enjoying our AC again!

I am going to give it 3 stars because they showed up and did the job. A couple reasons why I don't feel this review deserves a higher rating: I asked for a 4pm appointment because I don't get off of work until 330 and I like to be home when people are at my house, whatever the reason may be. By the time I got off of work, my wife had already messaged me that they were at my house. This is the second business I have had do this and it's a little frustrating. When I did get home, I went back to greet the tech. I believe his name was Brian. Within the first few sentences I spoke, he interrupted me with "sorry, I have to take this" and began speaking with someone on the phone. Fast forward a few hours after he had left. My wife called me and told me the air wasn't blowing cold so when I got home I messed with the thermostat a little bit and finally went out back to look at the compressor. The fuse at the disconnect hadn't been put back in after he disconnected it so the compressor hadn't been on which is why there was no AC. This was my experience. It wasn't terrible but it could have been better.

David was great. He did a careful inspection and cleaning and answered all our questions. He made very reasonable recommendations based on findings. I would use this company in a minute! Plus they are very reasonably priced.

Brian and Travis are very professional and very prompt. Great heat and air company. Won’t have anyone else work on my heat and air! Very fair and competitive pricing! Their experience and workmanship is excellent!!! In the office Leslie and Shawn are the best!!! Thank you armor heat and air!!!
