Our tech was Jose. He was extremely helpful. He had to order a part and when it arrived he called to let me know immediately so we could set up an appointment. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Cade was great! He fixed my issue quickly.

I had an emergency AC problem when it was 85 degrees out and they came on a Sunday morning after I reached out on a Saturday evening.

Urgent, informative and affordable!

Cade was our after-hours technician. My son-in law and daughter brought their brand new baby came home from the hospital only to find that their AC was not keeping up with demand. Cade came promptly, never acted like he was in a hurry or that he had better places to be on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. And he didn’t just stick some freon in the AC and take off. He checked several things inside and outside in the dark. He had to take a ladder upstairs and was careful not to damage the walls. He took the time to explain everything to my son in law, and was very professional. And he fixed the problem. I would want Cade to come back if service was needed again.

Armor has excellent service, the technicians are very experience, they also give recommendations to keep the units running properly. Armor has a great customer service and they care for their customers

I called them to troubleshoot two separate issues we were having. Someone friendly answered the phone both times. A knowledgeable Tech came out the same day.... both times. The issue was identified quickly. Damage was done to our HVAC while our roof was being replaced, so Armor didn't compete the repair work because the roofer had their own company. However, I am confident that they do good work. I will continue to reach out to them each time I have an HVAC issue. Their customer service is exceptional.
