Peyton was awesome. Knowledgeable, professional, fast and even showed me what he was doing while he worked. Triple digits temps and they came same day. Will use them again.

I am WAY late on providing this 5 star review but my family and I returned from traveling over Memorial Day weekend and noticed our brand new construction house had a temperature of 76 but thermostat was set at 72. Blair and Brian made it a point to come over MEMORIAL weekend to get ‘er fixed up quickly. If anything I should feel awful for taking them away from their families but I’m forever grateful for them ensuring my family was comfortable in our own home.

I have used Armor for a couple years now. Highly highly highly recommend their Annual Service contract. The technician’s are always very knowledgeable and polite. Blair and Brian always make sure we are fixed up and running quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves and make sure we are happy with the result 😊. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Payton was very friendly and informative! He was very quick and helped us understand our heating and air system with our new smart thermostat. Definitely recommend this company. Have used them twice already and was not disappointed at all!

Wonderful experience! I called at 8:15 this morning with an air conditioner problem and Travis was at my house, had the part in the van, and had it fixed by noon! Other companies I tried couldn't give me a time, some not enough a specific day. Not only was Armor able to tell me when he would be there, but he was early. I will always recommend these guys from here on out! Cheaper than anyone else I called as well. Amazing customer service AND fair prices, you can't go wrong!

I am thoroughly impressed with Armor Heating and Air. Another HVAC company wanted to schedule check of my three heat pump unit house 10 days out and quoted separate fees per unit. I called Armor based on a recommendation from someone who had recently used them. Armor came out the same day I called them. Brian was friendly, professional, and honest. He checked all three units thoroughly and quickly. He correctly identified problems with two of my units and gave me honest repair recommendations. Brian from Armor didn't even charge me for the diagnosis after my home warranty company said I had to use their service provider in order to get home warranty to cover the repairs. Brian said that he would not feel right charging me, knowing I would have to pay the home warranty company's other service provider their fee to confirm diagnosis. Now that is impressive! Brian from Armor looked out for me even when not getting the repair job. I will definitely look to use Armor in the future and recommend them to others.

Called Armor for an after hours call on a Sunday because my HVAC was completely unresponsive. Brian was the tech who showed up, he wasted no time finding and fixing the issue. He installed my new thermostat and took a quick look at my system and gave his honest opinion of its condition. I had a very positive experience overall and would highly recommend this company.

This is long overdue; however today I had a service call & Travis whom was a technician arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and repaired my A/C. I had used them last summer and encountered 2 other techs however I cannot remember their names but were also awesome & did a great job. Whenever I call in to the office, the sweet, patient kind lady has always scheduled me in fast & calls to let me know what time they are coming so I can make sure I am home. They go above & beyond and would definitely use again AND recommend them for your AC services.

The service provided was excellent! They were able to get out to my house almost two hours after I called about the A/C unit not working at my house. Travis was very knowledgeable and willing to talk me through what was wrong so i understood clearly. Also work was completed quickly and at reasonable price.

I LOVE armor heating & air! I just happened to choose them for a simple service when i first moved to NWA 4 years ago and have used them since! Last year they helped us update our furnace & AC when my furnace went out right before the beginning of spring temperatures. And although I won’t go into detail, they did a EXTREMELY kind service to us to help my 3 kiddos, my husband & I stay warm as we tried to decide if we were up for a big purchase at that exact moment! They are so honest, have great pricing, are very vigilant in getting you the extended warranty when you purchase systems from them... and they are just, REALLY nice, personable people! When a tech can come by and have a conversation with you about child-rearing and all the fun woes that come with parenthood while he’s tuning up your machines... that’s just plain nice! They are about the relationships built as well as the business! I recommend them to everyone! (Not that this matters but this is written by the wife in my husband’s name since we share this email ;) )
