I had an issue with them this week because I called to schedule a service with them on Monday and they couldn't come out until Friday afternoon (which I understood). Friday afternoon came around and the issue was more than we expected so they had to leave and come back another day. The problem was, I wasn't told when they would be back other than someone would call and let me know and when I called about it that afternoon and this (Monday) morning I felt like I was getting the run around. I kept getting told "we will look at the schedule and call you when we can fit you in". So I was pretty upset with not knowing what was going on and most likely annoyed everyone there with my calls. However, Chance (their GM) called me and explained it from their side and it 100% changed my opinion. Other than poor communication on behalf of whoever I called and spoke with Friday, they were doing a good job trying to get me in. I will also add that, had the gentlemen I spoke with Friday explained things to me like Chance did, I would never have been upset. They are coming to finish up today (if all goes well) and I have really only had a problem with the one person I called. Also, my wife said the service tech was super nice and professional Friday! *Side Note*- I'm actually a pretty nice guy I'm just soooooo hot😅. Thank you Chance!

We spent over $2000 for a repair on our A/C system and after a few months it was out again. When the technician came out he said Armor was bought out by their company so therefore no warranty. He said our A/C wasn’t working because Armor did not put refrigerant in it, so we had to pay for that again. Our A/C is down again! When we googled ac repair and saw Armor, we called and they are still in business! They are scheduled to come out this week. But I am so confused. I can’t wait to ask them why we were told they were bought out by a different company. If they can’t fix the A/C under warranty we will not be using them again.

UPDATE: 5/9/2022
A/C is out again!!!! Nothing but problems since we spent over $2000 in repairs.

What a great company! Everyone was very professional and polite. They did a great job. The quote was reasonable and did not charge a penny more. I wish I could remember everyone's name that I met in the course of the original service call, quote, and installations. We had a new heat pump/AC and furnace installed. The furnace is propane and a backup for when it gets below 30. With new equipment you get two visits per year to check and calibrate. That offers additional peace of mind! Very hard working techs!

Travis is amazing!!! He came out within a few hours of our call, diagnosed that our AC unit had been struck by lightning, and easily walked us through and assisted with the insurance forms. We had a new unit including heat pump within a couple of days. The guys who came out to install it were wonderful and worked with the guys replacing our deck like pros!!! We would highly recommend this conscientious, caring, timely, dedicated, amazing company to anyone in NW Arkansas!!! Ginger

Travis the technician was the best, super friendly, funny and relatable. He was just all over great! Blair brought us a portable unit until our install which they also listed high priority because we have 2 kids (one and nine). Amazing team all the way around. Reception ladies are so kind as well. Cant go wrong!

Had our upstairs unit stop working on a Thursday. Called in to Armor and spoke to Blair on Saturday morning after not getting a response from my home warranty company. Travis was dispatched in under an hour and had my system up and running in less than 30 minutes. This company is top notch!! Blair was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled and Travis could not have been nicer or more informative about my situation. I’m now a Armor Heating and Air customer for life-even though I hope I don’t need to call them. Can’t recommend enough!!

Travis came out to diagnose a problem with our heat pump. He found the issue right away, fixed it quickly, and was obviously extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He was also extremely personable and spent time explaining the reasons behind what he was doing, which established a lot of trust with me. Armor's prices were very reasonable and I never got the feeling that Travis was trying to up-sell me or would ever tell me something was wrong that wasn't. After this service call, I would have no trouble trusting him or Armor Heating and Air with any HVAC issue I have in the future.
