Blair and Brian have been lifesavers. I had 2-10 home warranty when the ac stopped working on June 28th. 2-10 had sent out a contractor before who misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the wrong part. Thankfully, that contractor was too busy and i went out of network with Armor, because Brian found the problem right away and worked with me to get it authorized with 2-10. Both myself, Brian and Blair then spent 2 weeks going back and forth with the home warranty to try and get them to send the new compressor, with constant assurances that they had everything they needed and it was on the way. Spoiler alert: it was never approved or on the way. Finally today, July 17th!! Blair was able to pick up the compressor from the supplier direct and install. Thank you Brian and Blair for making this nightmare of 2.5 weeks without ac in July come to an end. I will never go with another home warranty company again, only direct with Armor Heating and Air.
Our serviceman,Travis, was very professional and personable. He gave us options on fixing our AC unit honestly, which we appreciated! We will use Armor Heating and Air again if we have any issues.
My AC went out in the middle of the summer - nightmare scenario! Travis from Armor Heating & Air came out and had it fixed extremely quickly. He was courteous and followed the appropriate precautions during the current pandemic. He made sure to explain exactly what had happened to cause the AC to go out and what he did to try and prevent it from happening in the future. He also let me know that he did a check of the system and that everything looked good overall. I HIGHLY recommend Armor Heating & Air to anyone needing HVAC service -- they are so professional and AWESOME at what they do!
I woke up to a frozen, frost-covered condenser unit, with temps in the 20’s. I called Armor, and Brian was sent out immediately! In less than 10 minutes, he was able to pinpoint the problem, as well as confirm everything else was in good working order. Shortly thereafter, the unit was fixed and running!!! Would highly recommend them for any and all heating and a/c needs.
A huge thanks to Britney and Gary. My heat went out on one of our coldest days. He diagnosed the problem and went to Springdale for a part and had my 49 degree house back to normal in an hour and half. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful service!! Blair made a special trip to bring me a new filter that we have a hard time finding! They also replaced one of our air conditioners a year ago. They were much less expensive than the company we had used in Springdale! I highly recommend Armor!!
Zack, Matt, and Jamie replaced our entire central heat and air system, both the inside and outside units, in record time. They were on-time with the appointment, polite, professional, and very prompt. They completed the job significantly faster than expected, and made sure we were satisfied with their work.
Very fast service. Called them for a quote and had my unit installed within a week. I received quotes from three places and their's was by far the cheapest. The guy who gave us our quote(Brian?) was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Even though we called initially at 10pm the evening before a fully booked day and had a scheduling mixup because of calling after hours, they came out immediately after we called about the mixup after our scheduled time had passed. We totally understood given we did call after hours on an already overbooked day. They provided very professional service, and since they spend less on advertising than other similar companies in the area they can and do pass that savings on to customers by lowering their service fees compared to the others nearby. Tech was well versed and competent and explained the two issues very clearly and quickly, offered the estimate before going through with the repair and fixed the problem within 10 minutes of finding the issue and even offered free advice on how to position any future units to save us more money. Went above and beyond what was required for a small job.
