My first experience with Armor was 2 years ago. Because of the amazing customer service - they were who I thought of immediately when my a/c stopped working. Everyone that I’ve had contact with inside this company has been wonderful. Thank you guys so much for being so helpful. I’ll never use anyone else!
My experience with Armor Heating and Air was even better than I had hoped for. Chance and Gary followed through on what they promised and my heating is 100% improved over the last heat and air company. I would highly recommend AH&A and would hire them again given the opportunity.
So after my initial visit everything went downhill.i had to call them back because my air had stopped again. They were busy and shorthanded which is fine I'm patient. I was working at home at the time and was on a call when the tech showed up. I was not able to answer the door. By the time I was able to answer the door the tech was in his truck driving away and I had to wave him down. He had taken the sensor but was still under warranty and would be back to replace. Nothing was discussed about any other fees. No contact from anyone else about fees. When they returned 2 new techs came to replace the sensor. They started working on it before talking to me.again I was on the phoneworking. They came upstairs to tell me THEY made a m they istake and now the fan is not working . They said they would return with a new one to replace. The next day I get an email saying the fans cost. I called the office at this point to go over costs. I said I would not be going through with the fan because we did have AHS that should cover it. I never put anything through before because they initial cost was the same as my deductible. The guy tells me I owe over$400;for the sensor. Believe his name his Chance. I said the tech that came out said it was the part only covered under warranty not the repair. He verified with the tech that he said it was under warranty.I said no one talked to me about that they just took the part and replaced it. I said someone should have discussed the fees like you did with the fan before anything was done. Needless to say I went through the warranty for my fan and didn't hear anything until the week of Christmas by phone where I said I would not be paying that bill I do not authorize. Today I receive another bill. I am so disappointed with all of this.
Had to find an HVAC company that would do service on a Friday night on my faulty AC unit. They were pleasant, and even though I offered to have them come Saturday morning, they insisted on coming at 9 PM. Brian, the service tech was courteous and helpful in explaining what the issue was, did the quick fix and guided us on what we needed to do to ensure it did not happen again! Will be using them in the future!
When my AC Unit went out in the middle of July, Armor Heating and Air was very impressive with how fast and affordable they were able to take care of the problem. When they came to analyze the initial problem, they were very open and honest about my options to correct the problem. Once I arranged to purchase a new unit and have it installed through them, they were very quick to get my house back to cooling again during those hot days of July. The service was wonderful! I would highly recommend that Armor Heating and Air be the first place you go for you heat and air needs.
I called Armor Heating and Air when our compressor quit running. They showed up first thing in the morning, and got straight to work. They were friendly and communicative throughout the process. Very reasonably priced too! Highly recommend!
We have used Armor three times and each time an appointment has been immediately set, the tech was on time, professional and the problems resolved. Also the tech explained what was being done, educating us in the process.
February 2021 during the storm this month one of our heaters shut down. Armour came out and it turns out there are outlets on the heaters that need to be plugged in to keep pipe from freezing, who knew. We had no such thing in New Mexico. We were just charged a service call and will definitely sign up for the annual maintenance plan this spring.
This company is top notch!! We had a Rheem hearing and cooling system installed 3 months ago and are extremely satisfied with the unit, their installation work AND their service. This company really cares about their customers and takes pride in their work and the service they provide. I would highly recommend them!
Armor has been my preferred vendor for the office since last summer. Brian and Blair oversee a great team and I especially appreciate my technicians today- Nick, Zach, and Ralph. Excellent customer service!
We had a great experience with Armor this week. Broken fan was repaired within minutes and our service provider was kind, professional and on time. I would say pricing is average and fair. Will use Armor again.
