I’ve had two experiences witg Armor and both of them have been good. I had Brian as a technician the first time and Payton the second time. They were on time, professional, and the fee seemed reasonable.

My heat stopped working on one of the coldest nights we'd had in December. I called Armor and within an hour I had someone at my house and he went out of his way to get it fixed and have our heat running again. Amazing customer service and very trustworthy technicians. I highly recommend Armor!

This team of professionals came out at night to diagnose my problem, provide a solution to get me through the long weekend, and even came up with a long-term plan to make sure we didn’t find ourselves here again in the near future. Our service technician, Nathan came out today and saved us from the heat. He was knowledgeable, professional and diligent. He made calls to his other team members and figured out our AC issues.

The team at Armor Heating and Air has been fantastic to work with. I highly recommend the maintenance package as they stay on top of it to make sure both the furnace and AC are inspected and ready to go before prime season. Travis is highly knowledgeable and was able to give me additional ideas about how to make the Heat and AC more efficient in my home. Two thumbs up from me.

Travis was extremely helpful in getting my issues resolved. He was very efficient and answered all of my questions. He didnt try to upsale me like other larger companies. I'm glad to support a local smaller business. Customer service was A++!!

Travis did an excellent job on my pre-summer tune-up. One of my units froze over recently and he checked that out, along with simply explaining to me the potential causes. He also double checked the service agreement prior to starting on the work. I really appreciate the transparent dialogue. Nice work.

The owners of the company came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix our AC. They solved the problem quickly and communicated to us what had happened. They also were honest in that we have a freon leak but said we could wait until next year to get that fixed. We will use Armor for all our future AC and Heat repairs. Highly recommend them!
