Kyle came out to service our old AC unit freon. He also fixed a leak they found. Very prompt and helped us out on a Sat. Kyle was very polite and very knowledgeable.

Just bought the house a month ago, and our unit is very old and really needs to be replaced. Zach came out and did a full evaluation of our house and estimate for a new hvac. They already have all the equipment in, and will be completing the job very soon. Zach went over and beyond helping us with all of our question and brought in temporary air for one room in the house to help us get threw these tortuous heat waves while we wait on new system.

I am grateful a friend (who previously had a whole house system installed by Franklin) prompted me to call them. Their service was very prompt, professional, helpful and kind. Their pre-winter maintenance cost less than another well known company, which was great for me. They also gave me estimates for a whole house HVAC replacement- also less than competitors. Their technician Tyler was a great help explaining what was needed. I’m going to stick with Frankin! They will be doing the work for me this fall!

Kyle did a great job. He completed the repair quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the cost was. Very happy with the service and will definitely use Franklin again.

Kyle with Franklin HVAC was outstanding!! He was honest, resourceful, and skilled in working through our HVAC issues. We are done with repair yet, but everything Kyle has so far has been outstanding!! I would highly recommend him.

I called the people who installed the system but they couldn't come for 5 days. I called Franklin and Kyle was great. He came out on a Saturday morning for way less than others charge. The heat index is 100 outside but I'm staying cool again! Would recommend anytime.

Straight forward quote and sale of new HVAC. He didn't come in like a car salesman. They have consistently came for tune ups and even fixed issues that came up post installation

I don't do many reviews but I felt like I should share my experience with Franklin Heating & Air. It started with my call asking for a HVAC system replacement quote for my 22 year old system. With a text reminder Zach was out the next day right on time. We went over my existing system and discussed some options and needed changes. Zach was very knowledgeable and explained the plus/minus of different systems with my current atic location. He emailed me a very detailed quote for some of the choices we had discussed, including model numbers and great information for me to consider. I spoke to him about a possible change to the filtering and he had me a detailed quote emailed the next morning.
I decided to go with Franklin and Will with the company called me later that afternoon to let me know the equipment would be available Friday-would I like to schedule for next week, so Tuesday was set. Once again I got a confirmation text and email, and a call from Stephen the lead tech that they were on the way. Steven, Edwin and Brandon got right to work after being shown around. They worked for over 8 hours and got the entire job completed. They hauled off the old system and cleaned up afterwards. Steven explained the system and new thermostat and made sure I had all questions answered. During my entire experience with Franklin I never felt hurried or pressured at all. And to top it all off, they had the best price of 6 quotes I got!

Kyle came out two hours ahead of schedule which was AWESOME! He worked on my unit, explained to me what was happening with it. Gave great suggestions and advice. Very knowledgeable! My air was back working and blowing strong before he left. I even recommended him to fix my wife's unit at her company. I definitely recommend Franklin and if you can get Kyle to come out you will definitely not be disappointed.

On time. Very thorough. Checked out the entire system to make sure is was operating at peak performance.
