Franklin did an exceptional job in replacing our HVAC system. In the bid process they had the most detailed review of our system. Much more involved than any of the other bidders. The price and value was the most reasonable we recieved. And Kris and the install team were fast and VERY professional. Absolutely recommend this company.

Franklin is amazing. Everyone from the office staff to sales to the technicians are professional and helpful. I’m thankful for their honesty and hard work.

Kyle did a great job. Called ahead to inform of his arrival. Inspected and found an issue with the furnace that he fixed without any fanfare. The furnace had never connected 1/2 of the electric heating coils meaning the furnace would have to run longer and cost more to operate. He debriefed us before he left and emailed a detailed invoice. Great company and one we’ll count on in the future! Thanks again for your service.

We had Franklin install two new heating and air units two years ago, and we have used them for our spring and fall service/tune-ups since: they are always professional and quickly responsive in all interactions; Jacob, who came today for our fall service, was friendly and knowledgeable while performing my service and answering all questions.

Brandon and Jake came to install our new HVAC. We got a text the day before confirming the date and time. They called when they were on their way. Very courteous, very cheerful. Highly professional and friendly at the same time. They were clear about the work being done. They explained everything. My husband and I had to go to work but they called a few hours later to let me know they were finished! Quick workers! I came back to our house to find they had cleaned up the work area completely. Explained everything, gave me several opportunities to ask questions. Genuinely great guys— both of them! So glad we found Franklin!

A very polite human being answered on my first attempt at calling them, Kyle came out almost immediately and diagnosed our problem. Parts ordered, showed up when they said they would to install the ordered parts. They were both friendly and professional, and knew our system better than the people that installed it. Brandon and team were great installation technicians for my sunroom installation samsung split unit. They worked hard to ensure the job was done right the first time.
