Great experience with Franklin! Zach listened to our needs, gave us quotes for several options, answered our multiple questions and was very responsive. Steven and Dawand showed up on time, were very professional and considerate, installed our new system in a very tight space and cleaned up after themselves. We are loving our new system!

Kyle, from Franklin Heating and Air came out today for a free second opinion. Not only did he provide real solutions to our system problems, unlike Bud Anderson, he was very helpful in explaining the issues. We will no longer be using Bud Anderson as Franklin Heating and Air seems far superior, more reasonable and friendlier to work with. Thanks for a great service experience Kyle!

Ty was the serviceman who came. FranklinHeat & Air was the 4th company I had to come out and the only honest one of them all. I was shown pictures of a unit about to fall apart from rust and dangerous to my health because of carbon monoxide. They said I needed a new unit costing anywhere from 6900-$14,000. All I needed was a new thermostat. I will use Franklin from now on and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Ty for being upfront and honest with me. For proving to me that my unit wasn’t rusted out. It’s sad to think how many so-called professionals take advantage of senior citizens.

We chose Franklin to install our new two stage Lennox heat pump because of their professionalism, customer care promises and fair pricing. I seldom believe in promises anymore, but they truly delivered, both on the initial service call, install, and follow up service. We have no doubt we will be in good hands for years to come thanks to Zach, Will, David, Steve and Victor. They were all responsive, timely, thorough and conscientious. It’s nice to have one less thing to worry about.

We called one company but they didn't sound knowledgeable. So, I called Franklin HVAC. intelligent timely didn't want to put on unnecessary parts the "other guys" said we needed.

Service was great! The tech was missing a hose and had to reschedule, but was very professional about the matter. He explained the situation and came back just a few days later with no extra cost. He knew what he was doing and resolved the issue. Tech did not try to up sale or sale additional items, but rather only charge me for what I needed and explained the items. Would recommend for your next ac tune up.;
