Our serviceman’s name was Colton. He was very polite and professional. I explained what our system was doing before he got to the house. He said he had an idea of what was going on and came in carrying the equipment he would need to fix our heat. He discovered he was correct about the problem and showed me what was wrong and explained everything to me. Then he stayed after it was running to monitor how well it was heating, just in case there was something else going on as well.

Another company had came in and really screwed my family and left us in the heat for over a month. I called Franklin and they were out the next day with a new motor, a motor the other guys said they couldn't find, and would have had me up and running that night. However, the other guys had screwed up a component of my system so Colton took the component in to their shop and fixed it up, came out and had me up and running within 30 minutes. AND GET THIS, The total price was 300 dollars LESS than what the other guys quoted me AND THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE WAS THE PRICE I PAID!!!!!!! No big extra charge after everything was said and done. The moral of this story is, Don't screw yourself. Just call Franklin first and save yourself the headache. I'm a new, lifelong Franklin customer. We will use them and no one else from now on. Thank you guys. Awesome job, Awesome people, Awesome service.
