Franklin Heating & Air

Out upstairs AC went out in July! The two techs who came out were just terrific! Timely, polite, practical, competent, thorough, and friendly. Will use this company again!!

We have contacted Franklin twice now. Both contacts were because our heating or air unit was not working. They notified us 20 mins before arrival, immediately identified the problem and repaired it. Colton and Kyle were both professional, provided explanations and repaired the issue. The second time it was something simple and the charge was $19. They could have noted something more intense and charged a lot more, but they showed great integrity in how they handled the business.

Update: After talking with the owner I accepted his explanation and had them do my ac maintenance. They came on time and did an excellent job. I will continue to do business with them since I want to help local businesses.

They cancelled my maintenance appointment twice after me staying home two afternoons to get the service. The last cancellation was at the last minute. Unprofessional customer service. I advise that you go elsewhere.

Our nineteen year old unit finally gave up. Franklin came out and quoted a price on the spot $1500 less than a competitor. Came a day earlier than scheduled to install. Installers were professional, cleaned up all messes, were on time and were done two hours earlier than anticipated. They are coming back today to make sure everything is running as it should. Will never call anyone else other than Franklin.

Second trip back from Franklin as we had to repair an electrical part for them to ba able to complete a job. 100% satisfied, excellent customer service and goes above and beyond. So thankful!

Was very impressed by the technician Kyle DuPont. Diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly. Kyle was extremely professional and courteous Made a quick fix and the cost was cheaper than expected.

Prior to Kyle coming out, another company came out while only my wife was home. Right away that company recommended our whole system be removed and replaced for $12k, which I knew was not needed. Glad I got second opinion from Franklin Heating and Air and Kyle.

Franklin's is very professional and friendly. I asked for a "on fixing my current unit and a new one it went. Tyler was able to fix my current unit quickly and affordable. If you need your AC or heater repaired I suggest call franklin heating an air.

Colton was very professional, personable and capable. The price was right and the service from the point of making the appointment until Colton walked out the door was impeccable. Will definitely call Franklin Heating & Air again.

Kyle called us before coming over and was on time. His friendly and open demeanor made it very easy to understand his thoughts and concerns about our heating issue. He spent the time, did not rush, and answered all questions. He even helped figure out which things needed replacing and how the company could send us a quote with no need for me to do any further steps. Def recommend the company and 100% recommend Kyle.

Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He was happy to explain, give options and quickly repaired our system. We were very pleased with the service. We will certainly use Franklin and Kyle again.
