Bernard Bates

He replaced a $50 part rather then just throwing a new $500 blower at it. He spent the better part of the day diagnosing, fixing etc. However he only charged for 2 and a half hours. It works perfect. He also sprayed the junk of the a.c. unit outside when didn't need too. Very nice personable guy.
