Craig was great! He took the time to explain everything and was thorough with his evaluation and service. If I could give 10 stars I would since he was out in the rain for a big part of it. He went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was right before he left. Without question this was one of the best HVAC experiences we’ve had.

Steve was highly communicative and thorough with his explainaitions - I was very appreciative of this during the estimation and installation process.
Installation was done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly.

We had Bears work on a rather large project in our home. We had our furnace, water heater, and air conditionor replaced. As well as had two new fireplaces and a mini split installed. Bears is a great company to work with. Their staff helped us plan out the entire project and pick the right products for our home needs. Their technicians were knowledgeable, polite, and always took the time to answer our questions. They were always punctual and made sure to never leave any messes behind. Bears delivers a high level of service that is unmatched in the area. We highly recommend them.

Blaine was very nice and knowledgeable. Checked in with me and or my husband when he had a better idea on where to put our mini split in our garage. I would definitely recommend him to anybody!

Excellent service, they do a good job setting up the sanme person to the same place, ensuring familiarity with your system. Greg, one their technicians has been doing my heating and ac system tune up for many years now, professional courteous, on time, and takes care of any issues he finds even if it's going to take him an extra trip to get it done that day. Highly recommended

We had Braden do our maintenance on our Water heater. Excellent customer service! Very friendly and explained everything. I would not have any other company for our air conditioner/ heating and plumbing! Excellent service and quality work.

Craig with Bear Home Solutions came over on yearly scheduled service call to our home. He was transparent, straight forward, and super pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him particularly, but also the company as well. I have had good success with their maintenance team the two times they have came. I will give an update on installation as well. We are most likely going to go through Bear with this as well!

They told me when they would be coming, called before they came, sent picture of technician coming. Were very thorough and explained everything. Wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up after. Took care of problem.

AC went out and Jake was able to come out same day and get the problem repaired. He was very professional and easy to work with. Explained everything that was going on and repaired it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
