Had to replace my entire HVAC system and the entire Epic Mechanical team was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly everything was handled and am very pleased with their work. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!

This company was sent through my home warranty company AHS. I got online and read very many bad reviews and was nervous. Before contacting my home warranty I hired an electrician company on my own. My dishwasher wasn't receiving power and the previous company told me it was the whole electric line in my kitchen and would cost $800 to repair. Very strange since it's only the dishwasher not getting power. I decided to call my home warranty. I was contacted by Epic within two hours of me making the request and the secretaries were friendly and courteous. It took a week before someone could come out, but that was to be expected with the Thanksgiving holiday falling during that week. I was given a two hour time window the moment we set up the appointment. I was called an hour beforehand to let me know the serviceman was running late and they would have to push the window down. When he arrived he traced the problem to the source and was able to quickly fix it. Very impressed! He didn't even charge me for the visit because of my past difficulties and amount I had already had to spend on a new dishwasher and a joke of an electrician trying to rip me off. Thank you, Andy! Wish I would have called them first!

This is the worst company I've ever done business with. I had them out to do work and they half done the job. I had another company come out and found all kinds of issues with the job the had done previously. They charged me 1300 dollars to do the same job as the current company and stated that the current company was ripping me off. One of the employees put his leg through my ceiling and told me he would come back and repair it. Didn't happen. I had to pay someone else to do that job as well. Will never use this company ever again.

I wrote a review last year after the horrible experience we had with this company. After sending numerous technicians, none providing the same information, we finally received, what we thought to be a new air conditioning unit. We spent over $4,000 and had a home warranty with American Home Shield. This year, the "new" unit didn't work. When we turned the air on the outside unit started to freeze up and wouldn't cool the house. My husband called Epic but we didn't receive a return phone call. No surprise there!!! We scheduled an appoint with Middleton Heating and Air. According to the technician, the suction line is leaking before entering the ecoil. He added 4 lbs. of R410A and also found the stat wire that is going to the outdoor unit is in bad shape! It needs to be repaired and there is no water safety switch. Absolutely, positively the worse customer service we have experienced!!! I couldn't post this without giving them at least 1 star but they deserve -10 stars!!!!

Had an wonderful experience with this company. James was every thorough when diagnosising my issues. The company explained in detail the problem I was having with my electric and the expected cost to repair the issue. Both technicians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
