Both technicians Nick and Rick were respectful and kind.
Questions l had were answered and explained in very knowledgeable detail. Workmanship was done with great precision. All debris was picked up and areas serviced were cleaned back to its normal condition. Excellent experience! Thank you! : )

A/C went out. Called for repair. When technician came out discovered that system was so old that that cost to repair was sky high. Presented a proposal for a new furnace and A/C system that was reasonable. The installation crew as knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. Would definitely use again.

Clay showed up on time. He was friendly. This is where it went bad. He proceeds to lie on his report to the warranty company. Stated I had a friend work on my system and that is what caused the damage. This is a lie he made up. Then also left my system completely unhooked and unwired.

If what your staying in response is true. I would love to speak with you about this. That is not what the warranty company is stating the report says. I am currently awaiting a call back from your company.

I’ve dealt with this company before with my warranty company. They are always extremely professional. We knew going into this repair we were going to have a lot of code work due to the unit being original to the house (30+ years old). They provided a concise list of what was covered and what was not. We went through a few scenarios before landing on replacing the entire unit furnace all the way to the compressor for just a little more than patchwork repairs. Our warranty company paid for one of the big pieces that would have needed to be repaired before they could even truly “diagnose” the problem. Put in service order with warranty company on Sunday afternoon, Epic called on Monday to schedule service on Tuesday and my unit was replaced on Wednesday!

My technician, Jim, is great. He has been servicing our system since it was installed 3 years ago. Very professional, pleasant demeanor, knowledgeable and honest. He is very considerate of my elderly mother when he comes. I enjoy seeing him each year. Two thumbs up!

The company is very responsive. Nathan was very helpful in repairing my old unit and and helping me determine when I need a new one. The installers were quick and efficient and professional. Good experience.

This contractor was assigned for HVAC work two different times by my home warranty. Both times, they never contacted me to schedule, never answered the phone when I called, and never responded to the home warranty company's calls to try and schedule. Don't waste your time, like I did, trying to contact them.

I placed a service request on 06/08/23. Was told that we would receive a call in 24-48 hours for appointment . We waited 4 days. Still no call. Called the company directly, each line went to voicemail. Warranty company also tried calling, all attempts unsuccessful. It’s June in Arkansas. We have a newborn. This company is very unprofessional. Failed to respond to the warranty company and myself with multiple attempts. The warranty company needs to switch contractors. Once Epic mechanical realize they’re going to lose money maybe they will improve their way of dealing with their customers.

Clay came out to the house right on time. He looked at the issue, fixed it, then explained it to us in terms we could understand. He let us know about maintenance that we will want to do in the future to insure we don't have to replace everything. Outstanding work, and work ethics. It will be a pleasure to have Epic come out for all our needs in the future.

Can’t speak higher of an HVAC company. We had multiple companies come out, but this was the only company that spoke straight with us about issues they saw instead of taking shortcuts. James, Nick, & Haden were excellent hard workers & diligent in getting things done. Everyone we spoke with in the office as well as these three men were super knowledgeable. They also do a great job of explaining things in terms that the average person can understand. They told us issues they saw, showed us pictures, explained options & went to work! We were seen quickly & they completed the job quickly. They even went above & beyond to fix other problems they came across while installing our new system. It was a breath of fresh air after having so many bum mechanics come out from other companies. You can tell integrity is engrained in this company’s values. Can’t speak higher & looking forward to using them for all our HVAC needs.
