I have dealt with alot of different companies over the years and this company is the best! When I called to schedule a appointment they were so helpful on getting to me as quickly as they possibly could and such professionals! THEN the repair man was just such a true pro! I was skeptical on calling random companies I didn't use before but I am SO glad I did!!

Came to possibly fix my AC for home warranty & decided to purchase a new AC unit. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about financing options, different size options for optimizing second floor, and VERY efficient/professional service! James & Zack have helped beyond what I had anticipated! I’m VERY thankful for EPIC!

We were referred to Epic through our warranty company, said they could fix our AC or, because it's so old, our warranty company would give us $2500 towards a new AC/furnace units if we bought them together. That was gonna cost $15,800 with tax, and that was our portion AFTER the money from the home warranty company. We said we needed the weekend to discuss it and possibly get a second opinion. Monday am they sent a text saying their tech was on his way to install everything. We hadn't even signed the financing paperwork, and the sales guy Zach told my husband they never sent the text saying they were on the way. After my husband spoke with the warranty company, they said they don't even do deals like that, paying a portion if you buy both units. Like other reviews, completely untrustworthy, and flat lied about what the warranty company would cover, and Zach tried back tracking when he was confronted about his lies. Never use Epic Mechanical, COMPLETELY unethical!!

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Not only were they dishonest on the initial report which has led to problem after problem, our family is going on over SIX WEEKS with no AC due to their poor service. I am 36 weeks pregnant and they still show no urgency to fix our AC. Absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Incredibly dishonest and do not deserve your business!

A/C was out Friday when we got home. this company has awesome technicians, it would just be helpful if they had someone as back up on weekends. husband has stage 4 lung cancer could not stay in house at 94 degrees, had to get hotel for 2 nights till they could come out that next Tuesday. They have always provided excellent service and friendly / knowledgeable technicians.

Terrific all around. James (electrician) has been wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone. Very polite, thorough, patient, and communication was great. A very nice man!

James (HVAC Tech) was also terrific. Explained a lot regarding the issues & preventive care!

Epic offered superior service! Very highly recommend! Well done!

They right their wrongs and owned up to it and made up for it!
At first I had to wait in the heat 3-4 weeks to get the part (compressor)and then wait for the installation. The installation process of the part was subpar. They burnt some fins, wiring, and didn't bolt the compressor down completely. They didn't wire something correctly which caused it to short out that put us in the heat again. Epic made up for everything by installing a whole new system for me! Thanks, Epic!

HORRIBLE experience- we were connected with epic mechanical through our home warranty company. The evaporator coil needed to be repaired and they immediately tried to sell us a new unit with financing. I didn’t get a feeling of trust and called for a second opinion- they said we did not need a new system right now and added Freon so we could continue to live in our house while waiting on the part. Epic did not show up when they scheduled the repair, tried to lie that they didn’t have the part (not true they won’t schedule without it) and didn’t offer to reschedule until the next week. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!
