This Company did work for me years ago that was done to my satisfaction. Since then I recommended them to friends and neighbors and I wish that I hadn't. They scheduled service appointments that no service technician ever showed up when expected, calls to there office got little to no response from anyone that knew anything. They did show up to do a service call for my neighbors A/C unit, the technician was rude and said the unit needed freon that he didn't have and said they would have to call and reschedule service call. You have been warned DO NOT CALL Epic Mechanical for service. 🤬

Read all the negative reviews and was pretty nervous when the warranty company assigned Epic Mechanical, but had an overall great experience with the company! Called within 24 hours of filing a warranty ticket to schedule me for 3 days later, then had to order a part that took about 7 days faster than expected. Great experience with James, who came out both times.

The service call was $20 higher than the second company I called. The Epic technician was good and said I only needed a new smart valve and he would order one. Two days later I got a call from Epic saying I needed a new furnace, new vent, and gas pipe line and would have to pay out of pocket. The second company I called replaced the valve the same day for much less money and gave me a 10% military discount.
